Good quality, straight, and primed ready to paint. Easy install. Nice, clean joints at the corners. Recommend.

Material are very bad. Bad product.

The finish on this product is particularly bad. The grain of the wood can easily be seen over the finish and was quite uneven. It had to be sanded and redone. Additionally, the height of the product is exactly 81 inches. That is as advertised but we noticed that the door jambs in our home were actually 81 1/4 inches. This ended up being a bit shorter than all the other doors. That's our mistake but I advise measuring before purchasing this product.

It is definitely poor quality finish. Have a lot of sanding to do before painting it.

Worked well enough, but would be nice if ya'll sold one that was a quarter inch wider that would fit the newer homes with 5/8 sheet rock on both sides of the wall. These work perfectly when 1/2" sheet rock on both sides, but have to add a piece of screen material to one side when 5/8" sheet rock

Overpriced, poor finish, returning it, I will not recommend this product.

It is excellent for what it is. It is finger-jointed wood, not one piece, which is no issue, just don't think it is one piece of wood plank. I wish it had the door stop, but you have to buy/install it separately. It works fine for an interior door frame. It does not have the hinge mortised in, so you have to do that.

One piece split during installation. Otherwise it is decent for framing a doorless doorway.

Had to purchase 3 packages to get 3 good (and good Only) pieces to do 1 door jamd. Such poor quality control on these door jambs.

After digging through the pile of door jamb packs and deciding on the two packs I want. Most looked like they were beat up. After that then the pieces all needed to be sanded smooth. Must have been a problem with their paint application. Because it was pretty rough.

Came packaged nicely but required patch work prior to installing. Sanding was not complete and one side had repeating cleat marks that need to be patched and reprimed and then painted. Installed nicely once done but took about 2 hrs of patch and prime work to get it usable.

It saves time and is real wood. I had to narrow it down a bit. Strangely the sides were 1/2 inch too short for my installation of an 80 inch high door.

Fantastic. I used these wood pieces for a ceiling project. I was very happy with the results.

Primed finger jointed jambs are all crap! If they where not veneered and primed no one in their right mind would buy them! I have been a builder 45 years and the materials we work with now are garbage compared to what was available years ago!
