Ordered product online and had delivered. I was a bit weary of delivery and expected damage to at least the ends of some pieces, but surprisingly, everything was delivered in great condition. Overall a very nice, classic and elegant crown molding. I attached to some cleats and hung above our new cabinets. Primer is OK - I ended up sanding down and applying my own sealer and lacquer finishes. For the price, hard to beat. Wish they sold in store.

I HATE THIS!!!
I installed this back in November, its now August and EVERY SINGLE SEAM IS POPPING. When I initially installed it I took care to make sure all the seams were done right, everything was invisible and now, they all show. This stuff is crap. It breaks easy, dents easy and its basically pressed wood fibers. Not to mention that the paint peels right off! I do not recommend this AT ALL! I am so ready to rip this down and put up something else because this looks terrible and its in my living room and main floor, where people see it! Save yourself the headache and don't buy this. Learn from my expensive mistake, btw my house has not settled that much. It's 10 years old, it should be done.
