I was looking for a way to secure and keep snugly closed the awning on my travel trailer and thought these hook and loop straps would work well. There are four sizes included in the set and four of each size. I used the longest ones for my awning and they work great. The straps, which have a stainless steel buckle, allow me to cinch down on the straps for a solid connection and not worry about them rusting while used outdoors. The straps in the shorter lengths I have found are great for securing cords. I also like that there is printed white section on each strap where you can use a marker to write on the straps if desired.

The 12 inch wrap-it’s cinch-strap is a quick and easy way to keep hoses and cords neatly wrapped up. It can handle a 100 foot 12 gauge cord. Or a 50 foot 3/8 inch air hose. The cinch-strap is bright yellow for high visibility. A spot to write your name or length for quick reference is handy too. I used to use a piece 14-2 Romex. The cinch-strap definitely looks more professional.

The Wrap-It Storage 12 in. Cinch-Strap Multi-Purpose Hook and Loop Cord Strap with Write on Label in Yellow (16-Pack) keeps you organized both in the home and shop. I am finding an assortment of uses starting in my shop. I am using the Cinch Strap to wrap cords of power tools in order to fit them in the cases easier. If you have an elaborate assortment of Christmas lights, these straps could help you to keep them from getting tangled while in storage. The strap has a spot where you can label what you are wrapping. The Wrap-It folks have a variety of lengths in this model of Storage Straps. The hook-and-loop design works great for keeping cords or hoses from inevitably getting tangled. If you like to be organized, you really need to give Wrap-It products a look.

Basic hook and loop straps that can wrap around and hold anything. Mostly cords. The pictures on the web say it all, this is best for wrapping things that are stored flat and not hung on a hook. There is no real way to hang the strap onto anything after wrapping your cord. I wish there were, and it would get 5 stars from me. There are different sizes in this package. That's important, because if you use too large of a wrap, it awkwardly won't work well as the extra just hangs off the end. There is no way to continuously wrap it around once you pass 1 revolution. This may sound funny, but I could have used instructions. It wasn't clear to me as to the best way to orient the straps. I had to look here for customer pictures to get an idea because I couldn't make out where the metal loop went, since it was hidden in all the official pictures. Made in China

This is a good light duty strap for many uses around home. Easy to use. Has a sturdy velcro style clasp system. The straps a colorful, flexible and light weight and they have a white area at the end so you can add a label if needed. These things are just handy to have around when you need one to carry a load of pipe or wood or anything else you can strap together. They come in many lengths to suit any job.

Well, I finally found a group of products that will definitely help in reducing clutter and being unorganized. I actually picked-up three of the Wrap-it Storage products (18 inch Cinch-strap, 8 inch Cinch-Strap and their 10 inch Heavy-Duty Strap with grommet). All three products are high quality and appear to be well made with the hook and loop holding tight and strong - these are not your typical hook and loop type straps that don't hold very tightly. This review is for the orange 8 inch strap - the length is perfect for coils of tubing, cords, hoses, etc. All products are color coded allowing for a quick look to get the correct length. The write-on tab is a nice feature to identify what the item is for or the length of the item.

This 16 Pack of 12 in. Cinch Strap Multi-Purpose Hook and Loop Cord Straps is really handy around the garage/shop, or anywhere you might have cords, hoses, etc. that you need to keep untangled and organized. I can see that they would be useful for keeping thing like pipe, small bundles of wood, etc. together and out of the way. I wish I’d had them back when I was working in the building trades. The stainless steel buckle makes them easy to put on ant remove quickly. The hook and loop material seems to be more heavy-duty than some of the other types I have. I immediately put them on my jumper cables, and extra air hoses. I’ve got several other things like drop lights, extension cords, etc.. where I’ll use them. I may even get some longer ones (I could use a couple of 16 or 20 in. straps right now). The yellow color is very easy to see. Though I don’t need the labels, I can see where they would be useful for some things.

These straps are pretty cool. They are easy to put on and are a decent size. The 28 inch length is a good size for a wide range of uses. The hook and loop strap is easy to put on and adjust to the size you need. The Velcro is heavy duty and flexible at the same time. They are good for bundling items, but are lacking in a hook to easily hang what you have bundled together.

This is a good general purpose length. When wrapped you get 2 inches of diameter with the label fully showing. about 2.5 inches if you don't need to use the label. Very strong! Did you know hot air balloons stay together using hook and loop. The sky is the limit to what you can do with these. I have been replacing rubber banded items with these. good for smaller extension cords, Christmas lights etc.. You can even hook two or three or four together to get a longer strap in a pinch. Over time will pay for themselves if you use a lot of zip ties that get cut and re-attached to the same item. can be used as hinges! Get creative. I have a few of these attached to my backpack for extra gear. The metal D ring makes these longer lasting than cheaper versions that have a plastic D ring which will get brittle after a few years and crack. If they get dirty and stop working take a tweezers and pick out the fibers that clog the loops. Rinse them off and your good to go.

A great starter set. Great quality straps. Metal D ring will last longer than plastic and can take more stress. You can get a pretty close approximation of the diameter of the strap by dividing the length by 3. For example the 18 inch strap will have about a 6 inch diameter. 5 inch strap 1.6 inches. The smaller straps will be a little less if you want the label strip to be fully visible. I was able to use a pencil to label the strap and erase it somewhat. It erased good enough to re-use the label using a pencil. I suggest using a pencil with a softer tip so it doesn't create as much of an indent in the label since it is a softer surface. makes it easier to erase. Label is great for writing down the length of different cords or sizes of similar items. The hook and loop held well without much overlap needed. Should handle any non-critical use you can think of. I put a few of these on the loops of my backpack and hung up a few extensions cords, My son grabbed half a dozen to keep his computer cords neat. A less obvious use was to use two of the green straps to keep the bag of my coffee beans air tight. Better than zip ties when you need to adjust semi frequently. Better than rubber bands because they eventually dry out and break and stretch too much. Keep them clean and they can be re-used for years.

We have used our Wrap-It Storage 5 in. Cinch-Strap Multi-Purpose Hook and Loop Cord Strap with Write on Label in Red (20-Pack) on several items. The hook & latch strips are strong and stay together very well. We were able to write on the label in pencil, but it will smudge a little, and erase it without damage to the label. We used a sharpie and even write out. All worked like it was on paper and the label looks the same. It is also a durable label, you can bend it without any issues. The 5" cinch-strap is kind of large for your basic 41" charging cord. We would recommend the smaller cinch-strap for those kind of cords. We used ours to clean up larger cables on our gaming equipment; for example a 63" power cord. We did get creative and put two cords together to get a bigger strap. It actually ends up giving you two labels too. We put it around a bottle just to demonstrate, but then thought, 'Hey, drink labels for gatherings.' Point is you can do a lot with the cinch-straps. Also really like they come in a resealable package since some people will not use all 20 straps at once. For the price you can't beat the utility of the Wrap-It Cinch-Straps.

I didn't realize until I tried these cinch straps, how many applications I could find to use them. Everywhere from extension cord storage and organization to the computer wires underneath my desk. From securing bulk food bags to garbage can lid to the garbage can. They are made of high quality material with plenty of velcro securely attached. Small enough to easily store in a cabinet top drawer. This is a very nice product.

These multi-purpose Wrap-it storage hook and loop cord straps are great for organizing all those power cords that are sitting in the drawer. The write-on label is a feature that facilitates that organization. It definitely looks a lot better than the old bread clips that I have been using to identify all my cords. I can definitely recommend this product.

This review is for the variety pack of Wrap-It Storage straps. These straps and this package in particular are great! This variety pack includes 4 - 5 inch straps, 4 - 8 inch straps, 4 - 12 inch, and 4 - 18 inch straps. Each size is color coordinated, and each strap has a place where you can label what it belongs to. For added convenience the bag that they come in is plastic and resealable, so I'll use it to store these wraps till I need to use them. The velcro is very strong. The bigger straps can easily be used for garden hose or power-extension cords as shown in the pictures on the back of the package. For the price you can't go wrong with this variety pack.

These cinch-straps are the greatest, they come in several sizes and styles. This 8" orange strap has a place to write the length or size of what you have wrapped. These are reusable and are very easy to use, I use them to hold electrical cords together and mark the length of the cord on the tag. This is very handy when installing holiday lights in my yard. Unlike electrical ties you cut and through away, you use these again and again. I have several different colors and lengths.

Wrap-It Storage Cinch-Strap Multi-Purpose hook and loop straps. Each strap features a write-on label for easy identification. Weatherproof stainless steel buckle allows for indoors or outdoors use. Assorted 16-Pack with 5 in./8 in./12 in./18 in. You can bundle and store not only cords but many other things. I started with wrapping a power cord that showed underneath a cabinet that had longer legs. After wrapping the cord the table looks better with no cord dangling underneath. I will also use the wraps to untangle cords I have in drawers and my toolbox. The Wrap-It Storage straps also come in larger sizes and different weights.

After the holidays we always have a ton of holiday lights to wrap up and store. The wrap-it cinch-straps were the perfect fit to keep our lights in order without jumbling them all up. Next winter we will be able to pull them out and not have to untangle everything. The labels are nice as they allow us to label the lights as to which color they were. We also tried them on some electrical cord and they hook and loop is robust enough to hold. So while the material is soft and pliable it holds up well.

If you love to organize and have wires labeled in your home so you know what is what, then these storage straps are a great way to help do that. A place for everything and everything in its place! I've tried paper labels but they just don't last. The wrap-it cinch straps come in a variety of sizes and colors. I like how bright they are especially if you label things like TV wires and it's in the back and hard to see. I use sharpie pens to write on the white label. These 8 in orange cinch straps are good to use on wires, cords, craft stuff or anything you want to tie up and label. I have chosen to use these on some of my fruit trees outside so I know what the tree is. They can be used indoors and outdoors and have a stainless steel buckle. They come in a 18 pack.

I am always looking for a reasonably priced option to help keep my garage house and kids stuff organized and in order. This gives me plenty of options. The first thing I used them on was the jumper cables stored in my truck. The write on label was not needed for that however having the strap labeled does remind me what it goes to if forgotten. My wife uses them to identify whose beach towel is whose. All my kids need to do is look at the label to see if that was picked for them

These 18" straps come in a resealable pouch. Each strap is 1" wide and 18.5" long. The white write-on area is 2.5" long. One side is smooth and the other is a combined hook and loop material for the entire length. These can be adjusted in size from 3" to 5" in diameter. The combined hook and loop fabric requires a firm press to get it to seal, and even then I was able to pull it apart with moderate strength, so these would be good for corralling cords but not so good for anything that would put a load on it. One complaint I've had about other hook-and-loop cord wraps is that they tend to get balled up and tangled. Since these require a firm press to bond, they're less likely to accidentally get tangled up. They are neatly made with no loose threads in China.

Good strong Velcro straps with a useful label feature. I routinely use Velcro straps for storing/organizing electronic equipment cords/cables, Christmas lights and extension cords. These straps come in a number of bright colors and lengths. I for one would prefer black in some cases, for instance when you are trying to organize your audio visual equipment cords so that the straps don’t stand out. The label aspect is a great idea while a cord is not in use/storage, but does that dedicate a strap to a particular cord if you cannot erase the label. I also think that if you have to label a variety of cords for storage you probably no longer need some of those items. We see that with iPhones for instance the charging cords keep changing which makes the old ones obsolete.

These straps are 2 " wide and have hook and loop fastening along the entire length of the straps and have a large white area to write on for quick ID'ing of cords, cables and hoses, such as length, etc. The straps come as a unit of 6 straps to each pack. They are made with a strong nylon fabric and hold cables, hoses, extension cords, etc very well and strongly. The bright blue color is easily seen amongst other bundles of hanging cords, and hoses, etc.

I thought that a 28” strap was going to be long enough to bundle together a large cylindrical object, but I soon found it – the realistic maximum would be about 8-1/2” in diameter (the width of a standard sheet of copier paper). The good thing about this 6 pack is that there are enough straps to string them together (see photo) – you only lose a couple inches of overlap. The straps are incredibly strong since they are 2” wide hook and loop straps. The is not the usual “self-wrap” hook and loop strap – this strap has one smooth face, the other face has both the hooks and loops (see photo) - the strap is flexible but a little stiff (see photo). The stainless steel rectangular loop is securely attached by a folded over, heat welded seam (see photo)

I’ve had a few products from Wrap-it, but this one is somewhat of a disappointment. 1. The hook and loop is fairly weak with this product (not near as strong as some of the other Wrap-it products). 2. Although the 5” dimension is the length of the actual hook and loop material (over-all length is 5 7/8”) it ended up being a little too short for most applications. You will want about 1” engagement (for both the hook and loop material), so you only have about 3” active length (basically big enough to wrap around your finger) 3. The write on label has no negative issues, but I would think in most cases it would be pretty obvious what you have wrapped up. 4. The metal clip on top is a nice feature, and it’s very well secured. 5. Wrap-it makes a 7” heavy-duty unit, which is a night and day difference in it’s usefulness. I highly recommend you upgrade to that one.
