When I picked up the item from the local home depot store, the EXTREMELY POINTED SHARP wire straps ripped a hole in my glove. When I got the gates at home I noticed all of the tie wires were cut long and very sharp and pointed. I ended up having to practically rebuild the piece of junk so nobody useing the gates would rip their hands or arms or legs on the sharp wires sticking out. There was absolutely no quality control on this item. I tried to get another gate right away and maybe get a discount on the item because I had to practically rebuild the gates, the home depot employee said sorry no discount but she will order another gate system but it will take another two weeks to get them. I said forget it. Extremely disappointed in this item, very dangerous item, poor workmanship, poor quality control

I Love my gates they are perfect and look amazing.

Light weight gate is barely adequate, but is about all you can get these days.

The wire on it was broke lose for frame.

This is a lightweight gate, meaning the materials it is made of are somewhat flimsy. Plus, because it was on a truck being loaded and unloaded for two weeks before it was delivered, it was smashed in transit and I had to repair it.

The gates are bowed in the middle so 120” is not correct. I ended up with a 3” gap in the middle instead of 2”. Now I either have to dig up a post and re-pour, or try to rig something. My advice to anyone doing this yourself is to do a 119” spacing and swivel your hinges if need be. Not happy!

The fencing on the gate was all mangled and we did not get the pull down gate latch. I tried to fix fencing the best I could.

It doesn’t fit it is to small

Chain link ties were all loose but a easy fix.

I received the stuff showing in the above picture that is 2 Panels and one strait Rod with sufficient clamps , I visited Home Depot on 08/17/20 to solve but the management person was helpless to understand how to fix this straight rod with this insufficient parts . The store having no any second part of that clamp to fix for this Rod.

when open it one of gates had been hit with forklift or something wire was all bunched up in a ball but didn't have time to order new one so made it work .so no not happy this time

Nice but connection in the middle needs works

You have to buy all the fittings and pieces separately

A little flimsy but met our needs. Had to order it & the pickup at our store was a little confusing but overall satisfied with the purchase.
