I love it. Easy to use.

Does what it it supposed to do , well fabricated and built .

I like the z grill, only problem is I was missing some screws for the lid,so when I get those I would be happier.

Best grilling has been done on this since getting it. Just smoked a ham & it was better than all the other smokers I have owned. Highly recommend this grill/smoker to everyone.

The grill was a birthday present. He had mentioned that he would like one for his birthday. Well, I cannot begin to express his his happiness with it. I believe he used it every day for the first week trying different foods. He LOVES it and is like “a kid with a new toy!!”

Doesn't hold temperature as steady as it should. Doesn't smoke at all unless temp is well below 250. Doesn't come with a surface to set things on other than the top of the pellet box. Spend $100 more and get a better one.

TLDR: Avoid ZGrills The grill is overall low quality. It goes together easy, has flimsy metal that is easy to bend. My cover was not properly sewed and had a 3 inch opening where the seam was not put together properly. Overall it works, I haven't had any issues using it, but it is low quality. The manufacture was unable to replace the cover so I had to take that to a tailor to fix. I was told they no longer have those covers. It's probably not a great idea to sell a product that you cant fix or replace.

I yet to find any flaws with this grill i am very satisfied with my grill. I am a skilled fabracator that has built several grills and smokers, this is one of my familys favorite

Gave this Z-Grill as a birthday gift for my boyfriend. He LOVES this pellet grill and has been using it at least 3 times per week. With the clear instructions, the assembly process was easy to do, it did take us ~30min to assemble. Z-Grill provides great smokiness to the meats. Overall, great experience and a great gift for meat lovers.

Build quality seemed great however the part that heats the pellets broke after the second use. Zgrills has no us service they wanted me to use a multimeter to figure out the issues. I refused to breakdown a new smoker asked for a new burner was told no . Luckily HD stood behind the purchase and let me return the smoker.

This smoker does it all. We were rookies, as this was our first experience smoking meats. The unit was easy to assemble, and the instructions were clear. The smoker is almost like putting a cake in the oven. Let the unit reach the desired temperature, insert the meat probe, and you are ready to step away and let the smoker work. We’ve cooked fish, beef, chicken, and turkey, and all of them came out perfect. I haven’t owned a Traeger unit (which is substantially higher in price), but I can’t imagine it would work any better than this one does. Buy it. You’ll love it!

The zgrill is amazing! It's everything it's supposed to be. Purchase and delivery smooth transaction! Totally satisfied with the purchase...Can't wait to to fire it up again..

Can not use my z grill yet because the auger do not work l am waiting for a new part

Unfortunately when I got my grille new the temperature gauge was faulty out of the box which is a bummer for a new user; but the sent me a new one timely and for free. Working great since then. Excited to learn and cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a tried and true user of offset smokers I was reluctant to try a "Pellet Smoker". There is no way it could work as well and produce the quality of BBQ I thought I produced. I was WRONG - I could not be any more pleased. Each dish from low & slow to higher temp chicken has been amazing. Incredibly simple to use and the aroma and food cooked in it have been amazing. The temp setting have been very accurate and must admit I love the "set it and forget" mentality.

I love this Smoker. It is everything I've been looking for. It is a true leave it and forget it. Nice smooth smoke taste without over powering smoke flavor. And always leaves a smoke ring but stay juicy. I've cooked everything besides a brisket. And it has not let down yet. One small dislike is there is no way to empty out the hopper of unneeded pellets. So put only what you need, problem solved. Thanks Z Grills.

Love this grill I would recommend it to anyone.

Smoker did not smoke when temp. Was set. Called customer service twice in a week, was forced to leave a message with a promise they would return my call w/in 48 hrs. It is now a month later and I still haven't heard back from them. I returned the grill.
