Took toner out of a very expensive carpet. I had to use a significant amount because of the type of stain and smelled like a lot of chemicals but it worked great!

worked for a set in spaghetti sauce stain my roommate left on my off white carpet. i went to home depot for the $10 hoover professional stain remover but they didn't have any so tried this,great for 4 bucks!

Worked just fine but discovered it on amazon at about 20% less (ouch)

I have used lots of stain removers for pet stains but this is the best I have ever used. It does what it says it will do,will never use anything else. Thank you for a great product that actually works.

Used on carpeting to remove cat urine stains. Easy to use with immediate results. Yea!

My husband got motor oil on the cloth seat in his car. He couldn't find anything to remove the stain, until we used this wonderful product. It absolutely works! Since then, I have used it to remove small spots on the carpet in our home, and love that is doesn't smell bad and works so well without a soapy residue. I love the Zep brand overall, and this product is a great addition to our cleaning shelf!

Overall, I was pleased with this product's performance. It was able to almost completely remove small grease stains from my carpet. I would highly recommend this item.

I have an older dog with some issues so I have been trying various carpet cleaning products to see what worked best for my situation. I followed the directions and sprayed the area and allowed the product to sit for 60 seconds prior to blotting. The stains remained visible until I began to blot them but some were still visible even after a second application. I also was not a fan for the narrow high volume stream from the applicator tip which changes angle as you press making aiming a bit of a challenge. I will keep this around for when I run out of other stuff since it does work on some stains. Home Depot sells a product I prefer that works better and also does not have the chemical smell that this one has.

What I can say about the spot remover is that it works. I use this spot remover on my carpet that had stains that I had for some time . My concern was that it might discolor the rug so I had some samples that I had tried it on first and I was happy that it did not discolor it. I let this spot remover soak for 5 minutes then scrubs it and they came clean. As with any spot remover I would recommend that you tested on something else before trying it

I'm not sure how to rate this. I tried it on a few different stains and got mixed results. First I tried it on some carpet stains, not very bad ones, and it performed as expected for a stain remover, removing them almost completely. Then I tried more difficult ones because the can says it works on grease and oil. I used it on motor oil and automotive grease to no avail. It was useless. Maybe they meant cooking grease and oil so I may have misinterpreted that. It emits a very strong smell similar to ammonia, but maybe not that. To keep the contents from becoming just a liquid, you have to keep shaking the can almost continuously. In short, I probably would not recommend it over another product. There was simply nothing I saw that was special about this product.

This spot remover worked well on even some old stains. It didn't discolor any of our fabrics. Some stains required 2 treatments because they were tougher ones from the onset.

This is a spray cleaner you use by holding the can upside down. It does not foam. Instead it sprays a fine stream onto the stain. Then after waiting a minute, you blot up the stain with a nice clean dry cloth. You will have to rinse and remove excess moisture (dry) with this product. It appears to work well for oil and grease stains and similar. I would not necessarily use it for everyday dirt and dust.
