I purchase a range hood from ZLINE for our home renovation. Unfortunately, it arrived with a dent in one corner, so we had to return it for a replacement. ZLINE made that process very simple, and a new range hood is on the way. I was nervous to buy online, but their customer service has been excellent, and we are very satisfied with our decision. Great store and great experience overall.

Our Zline range hood works as great as it looks. We love the look of the crown molding that creates such a seamless integration with our ceiling. Quietest range hood we have ever owned.

I purchased this is 2018 and we just recently remodeled our kitchen. This vent is absolutely beautiful! It really completes our kitchen. The fan has adjustable speeds and are very quiet

My contractor said it wasn’t really all that easy to install. If I hadn’t ordered the crown molding , he said there would have been a gap that he would of had to creatively fix. I got the recirculating air type. However, for the very reasonable cost ,we are satisfied with it. I didn’t need a super high powered pro fan so this was even better than what I had before, and I rarely,used that . The only downside I’d say is it’s hi shine and shows fingerprints. It’s quiet unless you get up to level 4 but I’d expect that. Overall, I’m quite,satisfied.

I bought this over a month ago and finally installed it and had a friend do the duct work. In my 1931 house, the stove is in the middle of the kitchen so the ducting had to go from the ceiling, down into the basement and across the room to the outside wall. We bought a blower fan to help move the air out only we didnt end up needing it. The fan works so well it has the power all on it's own. I read some people think these fans are loud, they're not. It's way quieter than expected and so beautiful, I bought the crown molding to top if off and i love it! I posted a couple pics (I havent painted yet so dont mind the bare wall)

Contractor was here to install a 900 cfm. Our city code said we would need a damper to take in outside air which would cost us big bucks. So we ordered a 400 cfm and it was delivered in 3 days. We are very happy with our purchase. The contractors said it was super easy to install and really liked the quality.

I wasn’t sure what we needed since I have 10’ ceilings. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and we got everything we needed. It even arrived early. The hood is gorgeous, powerful and the lights are decent.

Purchased on a Monday while away on business. By the time I got home on Thursday evening, it had already arrived home! The first thing that I did that evening was to open the box of course! I installed it the next day!! Soo happy to have purchased this hood!

Second one we've used on our investment property builds. Sure to use another in the future.

Had mine installed about 2 months now. It looks amazing which was one of the reasons I bought. It also does a fie job at removing smoke and heat away from the kitchen. The reason I can't give it five stars is because the fan is a bit loud in my opinion. The light on the hood exceeded my expectations. it's not bright, but it's usable. Installation was simple I initially thought it would have been complicated. Almost anyone can install one of these. It's a classy functional hood.

I only gave 3 stars because for such an expensive vent hood, one would expect that with the claim of a ventless application that at least the first set of charcoal filters would be provided. They were not and ZLINE wants $50+ for a pair, where other manufacturers only cost as little as $20 a pair. Another star was removed because to go ventless in an 8' kitchen ceiling required modifying the upper chimney piece that has the vented area (adding additional holes to make lower connection to hood). Using the 2 pieces provided was impossible since there is a 30" minimum height requirement from the top of your stove/range causing the lower attaching piece to cover the side venting ports of the top piece in an 8' ceiling application (the 2 pieces nest in each other). Proper holes should have been factory cut in the upper piece to insure best connection alignment. I had to do my best to cut these holes manually without damaging the finish.

We love this vent hood! It does a great job of keeping cooking smell out of the rest of the house. I'm so happy it will help keep my sofa and curtains cleaner.

This is the best Vent. Great stainless, nice gauge and not many fingerprints. Love how quiet it is! The icing on the cake is the lights, they put out great lighting. We are building a new home and I will definitely put Zline products in it and this is coming from a Wolf/Viking girl!

I am very impressed with my new range hood so far! It is so much quieter than my previous range hood with identical output. The delay-off function is nice to have. I was surprised (and delighted) to see that the lights tilt and have two brightness settings. Construction seems solid and the lifetime warranty on the motor was the biggest selling point for me because my previous range hood from a different brand died less than 2 years after install. Shipping was very fast as well.

I bought this the beginning of June but just had it installed last week in my new kitchen. Unfortunately, when we opened the box, we saw a very small dent below the power button. I elected to have my contractor install it anyway because of the time frame. Otherwise, I would have given this all 5 stars. I love the looks and the functionality of the hood.

Got this installed 2 months ago and with a little defect, but the techincal support team was able to resolve the issue

The price was right and the product was well made. It was delivered in a timely fashion. No problem to install.

It is not as quiet as I hoped and the lights should be brighter. However, it is not enough to make me return it. It looks great though.

The ZLine range hood is beautiful, as well as highly functional. The multiple light levels and fan speeds made this range hood a great selection to my kitchen remodel project.

Beautiful product, well constructed, exactly as pictured and described. Love the crown molding for the ceiling.

BEAUTIFUL!!! Easy Install Love It!!!

Just had this installed, unfortunately having a hard time venting it outside, gas stove, old farmhouse,inside wall, going to have to get creative. Looks great and performs perfectly, no extra bells and whistles to confuse things. So easy to clean.

I purchased this for my new kitchen and absolutely love it! Easy to install, great features, quiet fan, bright lights. Half the price of similar in-store stainless steel vent hoods!
