This stove was EVERYTHING i was looking for. It's so shiny and everyone asks about it when they walk in. Easy to clean with the flat surface and eay to take on and off gold knobs!

Had this stove in use for less than two years. A year in we started getting recall warnings. We installed a carbon monoxide detector and 2x the fire dept was called out. Took 6 mths for Zline to get us a new stove as they tested this one off the charts for Carbon. We got our “new” stove & the day after the oven went up in flames. If I had left the room while preheating the oven, our house would’ve gone up in flames. SLOW service & response to what should be an emergency!

So far we are happy with the stove. I don’t know if I would call it fingerprintless because cause they still get fingerprints easily. Getting used to the oven as our previous was gas.

Stay away from ZLine. You will be 1st in line with customer service for 2hrs and nobody will answer. We had our oven replaced after one year as the bottom element stopped working. This happened to our second oven too and we just found out that it happened because the element wires caught fire and totally burnt, melted. Had them replaced. Just experienced this the third time tonight. Scary. Sparks, smoke and all house lights flickered. Now the top cooker is not working either. Highly hazardous.

Unfortunately, this oven has been a disappointment since day one. At first, we were thrilled- The range really looks great. That's about where our excitement ended. The noise the oven makes when you turn it on resembles a jet engine. It is a very high pitch whine that lasts the entire time its on, in any mode. Also, it takes about twice as long to bake than our old, cheap, oven. It takes up to an hour to preheat to 450! I would not recommend this oven, unless your house is just for show.

We just completed a full reno of our kitchen and this was this Z-Line range is the best part of it. The oven is by far the best we’ve ever had and the gas burner top is phenomenal. Definitely worth the investment. We looked at many different brands but settled on Zline for its features, value, and overall looks. Couldn’t be happier.

Bought this range after considering many more expensive models for our kitchen rehab. It fits our lifestyle and cooking habits perfectly, from the instantly controllable heat on the brass burner cooktop to the variety of burner heat capacity, it has been a marvelous addition to our kitchen. I love the ease of cleaning around the burners due to the one piece surround porcelain cooktop. We also got the grill/griddle plate and it has been easy to keep seasoned with every use. The oven is wide enough for my largest sheet pans and it holds temperature to perfection. It is very predictable in cooking times when baking or roasting. It is also a gorgeous piece of kitchen "art" It and the hood/chimney work very well together. For the price paid, we believe it to be one of the best values available.

I bought this product from Home Depot. They did not have any on display at any of thier stores. So, after reading all the reviews many times and then comparing to other stoves I am very happy with this purchase. The process was very easy as I did it online myself. They said it would be two weeks for delivery. However, I received it 8 days after ordering from Fed X. Delivery was excellent and driver and I inspected with no damage. It is very high quality and I believe worth the money

I bought a whirlpool stove and it was bad , great I could return it. I decided to install this stove,6 inches bigger lots of cabinet work for me. The final result was awesome! A real heavy duty stove that I can make all kinds of foods. Down the road I will buy a matching hood.

We decided to purchase this ZLINE dual fuel 36" range during a move and gut renovation. Not wanting to spend an exorbitant amount on appliances played a big role in deciding on this model. All in all, happy with the function and value of the range but having had a higher end brand in the past, there are some bells and whistles that are missed. If you're willing to forego a self-cleaning option, any sort of digital display and the ability to low simmer with a consistent steady flame on a large burner, it's a great value. We did have an issue with the bottom heating element in the oven burning out just 4 months into use. Customer service was great though and it was replaced and fixed within 2 weeks. While I miss the functionality of my previous range, it's hard to compare the two when the ZLINE is literally $7K less brand new. If price is a deciding factor for you, you can't go wrong with this option.

I completed construction of my new home about 2 months ago. During the construction phase, I researched all the top name brand appliances. I had originally chosen the GE Cafe line. But in comparison to ZLine, it was no contest for me. Zline had the same features and then some AND at nearly half the price of GE Cafe! It was simply a no brainer. After two months, I can honestly say I LOVE MY ZLINE! It’s easy to use and functions perfectly and with its drop dead gorgeous looks, you would think I paid thousands more. I’m always getting compliments, it’s truly the crown jewel of my kitchen!

I'm a home cook trained by a professional chef, so quality and size are important. This free standing range is not only beautiful, but works fantastic. And it cleans up like a dream. And ZLINE's customer service - wow! We had an issue with the range that required a technician to come out twice. This was arranged with no delay and with no argument. ZLINE ended up replacing our original range. The replacement was sent promptly and they made it so easy for us to send back the faulty unit. They really stand behind their product. The new range works beautifully. The cast iron grates are lightweight and darken to a gorgeous patina, the oven racks are easy to move and remove. The oven size is perfect - I can fit a full size sheet pan in it. I love everything about it.

I've used this range for approximately 2 years. I'm not impressed with the performance of the oven it cooks uneven & takes 20-30 minutes to get to temp. My husband had to adjust all the burners, low was at med. heat. I cook & bake a lot; I consider myself a prohome chef with over 20 years of cooking experience. As a professional interior designer (specializing in commercial kitchens), so researching equip. is part of my job. It's beautiful & will do for now; I wouldn't purchase again.

I bought the 5 piece package, and really like these appliances. The Range though… its amazing. It looks gorgeous, and with the 6 burners on the stove- you can cook so much. And the oven is great! I bake a lot of artisan breads at high temps, and it does great. So happy I chose Z-Line!

I bought this oven to finish off my kitchen remodel and it is elegant and brings everything together. It is simple and beautiful. Instalation was a breeze. The performance has been amazing, and I would highly recommend this oven and zline products.

Not only did I get this oven but I got the matching refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The gold accents add so much style to the room and everything is easy to clean with a quick wipe. The oven stays cool on the front with an automatic fan that turns on when you’re using the it and with 6 burners there is enough room to cook everything you need at once. I have had so many compliments on the high end look of these appliances yet they are totally affordable!

I purchased this this stove for almost a year now. I am very happy with that. I get compliments all the time for how beautiful the range is especially with my gold handles. Stove burners, work wonderfully and it’s very easy to clean. This is an quality product and love using it more than my other stove which I own.

My lower heating element arched and caught fire and burned apart. ZLine sent new parts free of charge even though they don’t know what caused it to arch. They speculated it was the wiring. My drawer microwave also arched and after lots of back and forth they finally sent me a new one and so far so good. I’m scared to use this stove. I have to babysit it when it’s one in case it catches fire. Also notice all the good reviews are from ZLine kitchen.com. Buyer beware

I bought this range two years ago for our new build. Last year I discovered that the bottom of the oven actually is easily removable for easy cleaning. This morning I discovered the glass in the door is also removable just by sliding it out. I was able to lay it on my island top on a towel and clean that glass easily next to the sink. It was so dirty that I was concerned about dripping cleaning onto my wood floor. Now I can just wipe it clean with vinegar and baking soda and a Magic eraser and Bam! Easy Peasy! A woman obviously designed this range!

We love our stove!! As other reviewers stated the back seems to be hotter so I am careful when I bake. My only regret is not getting the Durasnow instead as the stainless steel scratches easy. I had to contact customer service and they responded right away.

I love this range! It is beautiful, feels very solid and well made, and works great. ZLINE also has excellent customer service. I contacted them regarding an issue with one of the racks and they immediately sent a replacement. Great product!

I bought these early this year, they work great and they are beautiful.
