it was what i need to match the flooring.

It was too light and they do not stock the laminate stair nose in the store.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE! These are made of paper. The metal track doesn't work and they chip like crazy (even with 80 teeth saw blade) Unfortunately for you (and me) no one else makes this color of stair nose. GARBAGE! What a waste of money... I wish I had done the research on Pergo before buying a pallet... no matching Pergo brand moldings so you have to buy this cheap garbage. HATE IT

We love the flooring and we are going to buy more of the same in two weeks

Requires too much precision to install. No directions included for all the required dimensions. Does not fit Pergo XP with foam backing. Poorly cut as nose edges as they come chipped. The supplied metal track rips apart the molding because it is made of particle board. Insufficient number and size of screws supplied. The nose does not protrude enough from the riser face. On the plus side: The thinness or height of the rise from the floor is great. There should be no tripping. It stays where you put it when inserted into the track correctly.

Exactly what I expected.

There was nothing wrong with the item. But it didn't work for me because there was not enough of a lip to cover the height to cover the end of the stair lip. There was also nothing to hold it in place.

The Pergo stair nose molding went on very easy. It is rather expensive but it matched the laminate floor I had just installed and Pergo does make an excellent laminate.
