I used this trim around the flooring I installed. It is easy to lay out and cut. I used a circular miter saw to cut the angles and this trim came out looking great. I used finish nails to secure it and it took the nails from a nail gun as well without splitting or chipping. The best part is it matches the flooring and looks great!

I used these as trim in the place where T molding should go. Saved $40 and it looks great. These quarter round are not nearly as durable as the lakeshore planking. There are already scuffs. But it looks great and matches perfect. Will just need some occasional touch ups I guess to make the scuffs blend.

It's not real wood, but most moldings these days are not. It is a perfect match for the Lakeshore Pecan Laminate flooring, giving your flooring job a nice finished look. It was very easy to cut with a basic mitre box and saw. I found that predrilling a small pilot hole helped with nailing it in place using 1 5/8 inch paneling nails of a similar color.
