Love how clean my water tastes. I live in Flint, MI where the warer crisis happened (still hasn't really gone away). My water is still a little discolored, but at least there's "no more lead" and with the filters, I have clean drinking water. It was nice when we got the huge discount during the crises, but since its technically over. Anyway, I dont like the new peel off lid and is there a recycling program or something for the used filters? Other than that, great product and as long as there's no changes to the way the filters work, I will be a forever customer.

When I test the water with the new cartridge marked 003 instead of 000 and what I bought from the zero water marked 000.

I’ve had a Zero Water filter for years and loved it. I stopped using for a couple of years bc I moved to an apartment that had a water filter system. I recently moved and started using the Zero Water filter and the new filters only last me a week before the water starts to taste sour. I’m only one person, and it’s completely ridiculous and wasteful that these filters have such a short life. I called Zero Water and they said it depends on the TDS in my area, well I tested it and it’s nothing crazy. So the fact that the filter goes bad so quickly is a joke. They definitely changed the quality of filters from years ago. They used to be the best and now they suck. No one should have to buy a new filter every week. It’s not only is it expensive, the filters aren’t recyclable and are considered land fill.

I have been using this product for several years. I took a break from it and when I came back it seemed as though the filters took a really long time to filter water. I have had water in the upper reservoir for 12+ hours before. I don't remember that ever being a problem before.

I never thought water could taste so good! These filters are amazing and last about 4-5 months here in NYC. I am so glad that I made the switch from Britta to Zero! The only thing that I had trouble with the replacement filter is that it doesn't seal as good as the filter that originally came with the pitcher. I just needed to tighten it a bit more so that it would seal off better. Now all is good.

We purchased the large, glass counter top unit, 40 cup... last summer. Then it was time to change the filter. A couple of days ago, we purchased the filter package (of 2) since we save a bit of $ that way. Every attempt to get the one new filter on wasn't working: it always went on slightly crooked. This meant tap water streamed out of the TOP of the filter, before ever going thru all the stages. Ugh! We call & spoke with Tyler. Very nice person. When I told him what was happening-- I even tried to install the 2nd filter (same problem). "Oh, that's not your fault". He explained this was evidence of the 'threads' for screwing on the filter not being formed correctly. Immediately, he sent me a pkg of 2 replacements--for free. --- We love the taste of ZeroWater and we're so grateful we bought this unit, went with this company.

I've use Zero Water Filters for several years due to problems with Well Water. They're the Best fit for my needs.

We take this filter when we travel so we can have good filtered water when away from home. (Where we have an RO system) It tastes great. We recently used it at a vacation rental where I could smell the chlorine in the water coming out of the faucet, yet didn't have to drink it. We also take it camping to filter the potable water in the campground. We have been using the Zero for a few years and its better then Brita in my opinion, although it is more expensive. You can taste (and test) when its time to change the filter. It comes with a testing unit when you buy the pitcher.

We have been using Zerowater filters exclusively for many years. For our current household of four adults and five pets we use tap water filtered through a floor-standing water cooler/heater, plus counter-top dispenser, and pitcher. Never had a problem with the filters or a complaint about the taste. Never had an illness or problem from the filtered water. Have used the filters in two different states, NY and FL, where there were sometimes public warnings about tap water. We expect to continue using Zerowater filters for as long as we continue drinking water.
