Amazing!!!
This stuff worked so well!! Very impressive! It was super bad green moss stuff growing all over the roof. Sprayed it once and it was all dead in just a couple of days! I did add 1 cup of concentrated bleach per gallon. Mix as recommended and just saturated all over. It took 4 gallons to spray this entire roof. No sweeping or scrubbing needed. Just spayed one time and walked away!! I will use this Jomax product again! ❤️LOVE it!!!

This product worked so well! I was skeptical when it said no scrubbing needed but for the most part that is true. There were just a couple stubborn areas that needed some extra help. Just a tip-make sure you wet your plants under the area really well before the application to the house and after. This is important or you will kill your landscaping!

Wow, I used to clean my siding of that green algae with bleach and brush, but Jomax mixed with bleach allows me to just spray it on and it’s gone! Amazing! What a work saver. Still have a hard time believing it could be that easy, but my snow white siding proves it is. Avoid the hassle of long reach brushing and buy Jomax!

Been using for many years, has never disappointed me. I recommend for all outdoor washing projects. If put on according to directions, mildew and dirt are easily removed by rinsing or low level pressure wash.

Use Jomax House Cleaner and Mildew Killer before you buy your paint, and you may decide not to paint. This product yields amazingly clean paint, and is very easy to use - no pressure washer needed. My paint looked so good after cleaning that painting wasn't necessary.
I mixed the Jomax House Cleaner with bleach and water as instructed on the product label. I sprayed my painted house eaves, and carport with the Jomax mix using a backpack sprayer, and then rinsed about 10 minutes later with water from a hose.
The amazingly clean paint was immediately visible, and looks even better after the surface dries. The attached photo shows a corner of my carport that was sprayed with Jomax, and rinsed with water. In the photo, you can see how clean the corner is, while the untreated ceiling remains very dirty.
I also sprayed the Jomax mix on some mildewed bricks on my house, and rinsed. The treated area looks a little better one day later, but the results so far are not remarkable. If you are cleaning brick, spraying Jomax and and rinsing off will not yield immediate results.
I highly recommend Jomax House Cleaner and Mildew Killer.

Outstanding Cleaner!
I had purchased vinyl siding for my house in 2007. My wife recommended I purchase an extra 3 boxes for an addition we were planning. However, that project was delayed. 9 years later, I needed to hang this siding that has been sitting. Although it was stored under a tarp, it was covered with dirt, leaves, and bug droppings. I spoke with Kim in the Peachtree City, Home Depot paint department and she highly recommended JoMax. I am SO VERY GLAD she recommended it! I laid the siding out on my driveway, mixed it in a sprayer according to the instructions, sprayed the siding down, lightly brushed it with a soft broom, and hosed it off.
WOW, it looked brand new! As you can see from the pictures, this stuff works… and works well! I highly recommend this product to clean your house. Thanks again Kim!
