Love this products usefulness. Need to realize it is a specialized product for specific purpose. This is not a product for all situations.

Best primer I've ever used!

I found a leftover of the same paint I have, so I returned this one. This is a great stain blocker, particularly for food stains, the best on the market, I found. I used the other stain blocker, two coats, followed by top coat, still bleed through. BIN did it one coat followed by top coat. Thank you very much for follow up. One question, I have been using Benjamin More Aura Matt as flat paints, instead of Home Depot Flat paint for the reason that BJ Aura Matt can be scrubbed and touchup, while other flat paint on the market need to paint the whole wall, if need to scrub and touch up. Any comment? Or you may give the feedback to the paint vendors. I used to use all HD's Flat Paints. Lately I switched. It is expensive, but the effort of painting is a lot more expensive than the paints itself. Thanks Peter

Hands down, the BEST primmer for cat pee. Its expensive, strong odor, but after 3 or 4 days, the chemical eats away at the pee, and the smell is gone. Im on my 2nd cat pee infested townhome and it worked great both times....

Best hiding primer to use for covering and odor blocking.

Yes, it works! I covered cigarette residue and nicotine/tar stains from a 3-pack-a-day smoker with excellent results. Good stuff; but it does smell until it dries, so I only used it when I could open the windows.

I used in my bathroom on the walls and worked perfectly! I was wondering if I can use this paint on tiles as well, do you recommend this product or anything else?

Zinsser BIN was perfect for priming some semi-gloss doors that had previously been painted with an oil-based paint that didn’t want anything to stick to them. Also my go-to for priming walk surfaces that I’ve just textured.

This is the best primer to use when painting wood. I use this in my sprayer as well as with a brush or roller. I clean my sprayer with a mix of ammonia and water and it does a thorough job. This primer also sands wonderfully.

Love how this covers stains and adheres to wood and laminate so it can be painted.

Wonderful products for painting my cabinet

Stirred and shaken for 30-45min and brought back to store to get shaken there and still unable to get any color or ability to spread anything more than what appears to be water with a few specks of white. Absolutely junk.
