Jomax roof cleaner
This jomax roof cleaner don't work ,absolutely no difference, black and green mold still there. Don't waste you time and money. I will not be purchasing this ever again!!

Oh no, that is not what we like to hear! Rust-Oleum Zinsser Jomax Roof Cleaner & Mildew Stain Remover is a concentrate that, when properly mixed with water and bleach, removes black streaks, dirt and mildew stains from roof shingles. It kills mold and mildew on tile, slate and metal non porous roofs. Be sure to mix in the proper portions with bleach and water (80% water, 15% bleach, and 5% Jomax) as detailed in labeled directions and chart for proper cleaning. Moss and heavy mildew stains may require a second application.

Unfortunately, Zinsser 1 gal Jomax Roof Cleaner did not meet our expectations and did not clean the portion of our roof (small area) which was discolored.

Did not work as advertised. Followed the directions and used on many areas of roof with varying degrees of mold and mildew stain. It did kill some moss but did nothing to the stains.

Works very good
We used this produce on a badly stained white roof. At first after using the cleaner we did see some improvement. But the appearance of the roof continued to improve with time even after about 30 days. I am very happy with this cleaner.

Jomax roof cleaner
Works great removing stains and streaks when mixed with bleach.I ordered it on april 22nd to use may 9th.It never arrived on time so I purchased it from amazon on may7th.Now I have an extra case for other things.I had a soft wash machine coming on sat with crew and HD order came on mon.Won't order from them again.No notice and promised april 30-may 4th.Ace hardware or amazon has it and HD couldn't get it at a store or find it for me.Good luck!

JOMAX Roof Cleaner
Excellent product for mildew removal. Works as advertised and brightens shingles. Recommend solution to work longer than five minutes before washing debris off the roof. Definitely recommend product to others.
