Solid and easy to put together!

It arrived quickly at our local store in one rather heavy box. Some assembly required, yet it went together very quickly. It is sturdy and well-engineered.

I bought this frame for my new Nectar memory foam mattress. The quality of materials, and build are excellent, and the frame is strong...very nice. Easy to follow instructions, easy assembly, all the necessary tools included, and even a few extra spare parts for safe measure, and peace of mind. Even the packaging was carefully done, making it easy to organize parts prior to assembly. I would recommend this product, and company.

It never made it to my home... or even my state... waste of time. I’ll never use Home Depot online again. Stop asking for my feed back. I’m going to bomb you guys every time on these surveys.

Package arrived missing parts and arrived after a multi-week customer service email exchange/run around. When assembled the beams are not flush and some screws do not go all the way through. Would not recommend.

Easy to assemble and it's individually plastic wrapped. The instructions are straightforward.

Bed frame was fine but the fact that it took almost a month to get the screws to put it together was absolutely insane!

Loved it....just took longer than expected to arrive

Two of the pieces on the side did not fit the frame, had to leave them out.

i got this as a guest bed and it's very sturdy. A little on the low side with one mattress but comfortable.

Meets expectations for a low profile bed. Definitely what we were looking for and easy to assemble.

Frame is extremely easy to assemble. Really liked the cool ratchet that came with it. Definitely will look to purchase more from Zinus and the home depot.

The bed itself is good! Easily put together, I just thought it would be taller. But great frame.

Love it, super great! Have a 7 month old baby who loves to roll over on bed and she’s never fell off the bed, but if she did the frame is not so high it won’t be as bad. Sturdy frame and very reliable

Bed arrived in a timely fashion. Our king size bed didn't reach the ends of the metal frame, though. Not sure if the frame was a bit too long or the mattress too short. Both were normal size King. Regardless, this suits our purpose, which was to get the box spring off the floor of our son's bedroom so it wouldn't damage the carpeting.

Very impressed how first class this bed system is. I put it together myself, age 65, a woman. As well, it is well marked how to put it together and everything lined up like a dream. All needed tools were included and they even included a few extra bolts if any are lost. 100% satisfied, highly recommend. There are no headboard attachments on this system. I didn’t need it, am attaching our headboard to the wall with a French cleat. What I also liked is how low to the ground this is because we have 23” of frame and mattress, so needed the low profile. There are velcro strips included to make sure the frame doesn’t slip around. Nicest bed frame I’ve ever seen.

Our teen daughter assembled this herself, it went together quickly -about 30 minutes- and easily. It’s comfortable and she really loves it! We are very pleased and would recommend it. (So far...we have had it just over a week)
