That’s not the grill my friend wanted as Christmas present. I will have to return it once I have a chance to go to the store. I wish I can return it via online system and mailed it back instead of bringing it to the store.

Sleek design, fits nicely right on the stovetop, cooks quick and healthy (the fat/oil all drips right off the grill as reviews claim) - couple of things to watch out for - 1. It does produce a bit of smoke at first on high heat, which is what most of the recipes recommend. So if you in live in a small apt with smoke detectors in every room, it might be an issue. I tried putting on a Pyrex cover while grilling, and set the temperature to low/medium with longer cook times, and that helped.

Easy to assemble and convenient to use indoor!

I'm very pleased with this grill. It's well made and cooks evenly; clean up is easy as well. I own other Zojirushi products as well and the quality is top notch.

Excellant product. Exceeded my expectations. There should be NO bad reviews on this grill. Just heat it up for five minutes and you are ready to grill. I have used several times already. I made T Bone Steaks better than at restaurants I have been at, and I love steak. Easy to clean, easy to store without taking up space, also smokeless as advertised. I have a small apartment so this fits the bill. I put a foil on the pan underneath grill then discard when finished for even easier clean up. Worth every cent a paid for this grill! Highly recommend. Ordered from Home Depot with excellent pricing and delivery!

The grill does not get hot enough to cook meat. Warms corn on the cob, and vegies take awhile. I doubt I will use it much and would like to return it. How?

I like the temperature range and the non-stick surface. Good value!

Easy to clean and great to cook on

Grill works very we'll, we have had 4 other types of indoor grills and non would get hot enough to actually sear the items we were cooking. This unit takes a little time to get fully up to "High Heat". But got plenty hot enough to allow sear marks on the meat we cooked. PLEASE - NOTE: We take no responsibility if anyone follows what we did that worked for our needs. We are just giving a review of what we did and experienced with this GREAT INDOOR GRILL! We did do some thing not recommended but worked very good for our needs, but extra care and attention while cooking should be used if doing things this way also! We took some aluminum foil one solid piece that was wide enough and then we cut it long enough that allowed it to lay on top of the "Drip Pan" under the "Non Stick Grilling Surface" that you cook on and hanging over the base of the unit. We did not wrap the "Drip Pan" with the foil laid it on the top side of the surfaces and then just pressed it into the drip pan's surface making the foil follow the "Drip Pans" contours and then just allowed the aluminum foil to hang over the base it all sets on then set the "Grilling Surface" on top of the foil covering the "Drip Pan & the Base of this unit". KEEP in mind to watch that you have not made a path for the drippings etc that could gather around the outside area of the "Drip Pan" which was covered with the foil any paths to puddle or run off the extra foil and on anything the grill is setting on or near from the use of the foil. By allowing the extra foil to not only cover the "Drip Pan" but the "Base of the Unit" it made the clean up time less than half it had been without the use of the aluminum foil. Just allow the unit to cool completely, unplug the power. Once the entire unit has cooled just lift the one piece of foil out of the "Drip Pan" holding the drippings in the foil and off the base after lifting the "Grilling Surface" off everything first. Fold the foil up and throw away! The "Drip pan" stay perfectly clean looking like new and the base stays much, much cleaner needing very little clean up. Just the "Non Stick Grilling Surface" will need most of the attention for cleaning. Try to spray the Grilling Surface with a non stick cooking spray prior to cooking. it will make your cleaning of the "Non Stick Grilling Surface" go so much quicker and easier also. Not to mention the foods will not try and stick to the non stick surface of the grill especially when it's new then also. NOTE: "KEEP THE ALUMINUM FOIL" AWAY FROM THE HEATING ELEMENT ESPECIALLY AT THE CONNECTION OF THE THERMOSTAT WHERE IT PLUGS INTO THE GRILLING SURFACE." ALSO UNPLUG UNIT BEFORE APPLYING FOIL AND REMOVING OF THE FOIL. Take Care, Izaih Fox _____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Grill was great but a little smaller than I had wanted. Would recommend it for small family since surface is not large.
