Our vacuum was great for a while. It did a decent job of picking up fur, hair, etc. Then it became a maintenance hog. We had it run once a week on Sunday mornings while we were at church. When we would get home we'd play the game of "Where is Bob?". We'd find him stuck on a rug or jammed under a cabinet. Lately, he runs for about 5 feet and then declares there is an error with a main brush or some other malady. Sad to say, but it looks like Bob's day in our house are numberd.

I was gifted "Bob" 4 years ago. Since then, he has swept and vacuumed our home at least once a day at his scheduled time and many days twice a day. In that time, I have replaced one part (which was easy to replace). Bob keeps our home clean with 2 elderly dogs that shed and living on a working farm. I have gifted several Bobsweep vacuums to family to keep their house clean too.

My bob is great at picking up dog hair on my hardwood floors. After having for 2 years my Bob quit working. I contacted Gabe in customer service and made arrangements to return Bob back to Bobsweep for diagnosis. To my surprise I received a new Bob a few days later. Greatest customer service ever. Thank you Gabe. I could never do without my Bob. Absolutely love it.

Bob sweep was the first robot sweeper I ever bought, and it has improved my life greatly. I have seven cats. I used to have to sweep and swiffer every week, and when I did, I would get cat hair and dust in my nose, and sneeze a lot. Now I run my robot every day, and empty it once a week, and my life is much more pleasant. Their customer service is excellent too. If it needs repair during the warranty period, they offer to fix it, or if they prefer, they give you a new one. A life changer for me.

I have owned a bObsweep Pethair Plus for over 3 years and have ordered replacement parts (filters, edge brush) in addition to receiving troubleshooting advice from bObsweep Customer Service. The ease of ordering the correct parts and the live person customer service (Gabe) expertise has kept bOb in like new condition. This after the original purchase assistance has extended bOb's life and have reduced the total cost of ownership. I will continue to be a bObsweep customer!

Bob does a really good job sweeping up all the dog hair. I didn’t realize how much hair my dog sheds until we got this thing. The only issue I’ve had is that bob keeps going to and getting stuck in a corner in our kitchen. Would have been cool if it had a feature to lower itself or maybe a thinner profile, but for the price i feel it was a great purchase. Super easy to set up and program too. Thanks!

Amazing product, really cleans the floors and picks up pet hair great. Had a problem with the brush, contacted service and they had Bob shipped back to them and replaced within a few days and working like brand new!! Great customer service and wonderful product. Would recommend to anyone looking for this type of vacuum.

This Bob sweep does the job he Goes to his charging station by himself hes very efficient and has the convenient remote that comes along with them the 1st bomb sweep I got was Defective and when I got in touch with customer servthey did a outstanding job keeping in touch with me and letting me kno when the new Bob sweet was on its way Since I've had this new one it has made a world of difference for me and my wife

I have home each room while I do other chores. I have 2 cats and the hair he picks up is amazing! I don’t have to move furniture because Bob is able to go under the chairs and my bed. I’ve requested service twice because the traction in the wheels wore down. Customer service is excellent. Since Bob was still under warranty, they sent me a mailing label and it cost me nothing to have him fixed. The service was very fast. And Carlo made sure everything went smoothly. The second time they sent me a complete new unit since they found other problems. Best vacuum ever!

This product works great and is a good value. However, unless your couch sits very low, thus preventing your bobsweep from going underneath, or sits rather high, then your Bobsweep will constantly get caught under the edge of your couch. Ours is about 4 inches from the ground. So if yours is 2 1/2 inches, or 5, then it's fine. Other than this, we really liked this vacuum

Bob is great helping keep up with the massive amount of dog hair my dog makes every day. I run him 5 days a week and I almost never have to do anything else to the floor. He's great at getting around my furniture, and doesn't have any issues getting into the carpet from the tile. It was one of the best purchases I have made in a long time. Even better is the customer service. Any issues at all and they are very responsive and helpful.

I got this from my husband for Christmas last year, and it was the best gift I've gotten in years. It runs every day, on its own and keeps all of my floors spotless. I have a corgi and she sheds a ton. I no longer have drifts of dog fur everywhere. I highly recommend!

We purchased a Bobsweep and it performed exceptionally well. The features offered compared to cost is a win for the consumers. Bobsweep’s construction is robust and of the highest quality. If you do have to contact customer service they respond immediately and follow-up repeatedly. Very pleasant to deal with. In fact they go above and beyond.

I now have purchased 2 BoB sweep products for my home and 3 for siblings! Love them! Simple to use .. do a great job keeping cat and dog hair under control. Service group is also very easy And proactive to work with!

This Vacuum is the best - we have a 94 lb. Yellow Lab that sheds terribly. We use the vacuum on a regular basis and it helps keep the hair at bay. The charge lasts long enough to clean most of our house on one charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would buy again.

This product is perfect, you can use it on the laminate and carpeted floors. It does a fantastic job picking up our dog hair.

I purchased this vacuum to help with the pet hair. The vacuum would get stuck under my couch and under my cabinets in the kitchen. I was always having to get it out of a jam. It would take it forever to find the charging dock. The debris would get clogged and never make it to the dustbin. I was constly having to un clogg the vacuum. Not ideal for pet hair! This should not be advertised as a pet hair vacuum.

I would not recommend this product. Difficult to clean brushes, doesn’t adapt from hard floor to carpet, does not adhere to outside perimeter Do not buy

I received a Bob Pet Hair Plus Sweep in Dec. 2017. It did the job for over 5 years without issues until June 2022 when I received a power system error. Unfortunately for me it was out of warranty. I contacted Bob's customer service and a replacement was quickly sent to me for $75.00. So far this Bob is doing it's job and I could not be happier . Customer service is excellent!

I got this Bob Sweep Pet Hair vacuum for my wife for Christmas. She has since gave it to me and calls it her Ronnie Sweep. We are still amassed at how much dog hair and dust it picks up. Now this doesn’t take the place of deep cleaning it has changed that to about once every ten days instead of every other day. It has also cut down on the amount of dust on the furniture. We did have a problem with the dust bin, I called Gabe in customer service and he professionally and quickly handled it. I do recommend this product because this company stands behind it.

I love the design. it looks good in my home and best of all picks up the pet hair great! I also like that goes under the bed where it's hard for other vacuums to get to. My bObsweep lets me do other things while he works on the floors. I liked my bob so well we bought one for my parents and my daughter. Also, when we had to have a new wheel Customer Service was wonderful, Carlos, was super friendly and helpful. He also followed up after we purchased a new bob recently.

You can't beat the price. Provides a deeper clean than others that are similar.

We are very happy of Bob, it was gifted by our son when he saw I was having trouble pushing the vacuum cleaner. It is very efficient and convenient for us. We have programmed it to auto clean after breakfast every day. It clean areas like under bed, sofas and places hard to reach without moving the furniture. Now it is one less thing for me to worry. My house is always clean, once a week I use the mop function as well on my hardwood floor. The company provide excellent customer assistance and any replacement (if required) and is immediately dispatched. We are very happy with our Bob. It is fun to watch it go, like a baby crawling in the house. My grandson enjoy running with it and make a game of it. We strongly recommend it.

I'm very pleased with this vacuum. It is easy to program, and does a great job on our floors at cleaning the sand and pet hair. Best of all, the customer service is better than anything I've experienced from anywhere else. They are polite and helpful, and work very hard to solve any issue you might have. You will be happy you chose bobSweep!

Have had Bob PH+ for couple years now and very pleased with its performance and ability to pick up our dogs hairs. The battery runs for close to an hour before returning to the station to recharge. It’s good for low profile rugs and does a good job cleaning the rugs. Additionally very pleased with the customer service dept. Very responsive and will always make it right to keep a happy customer which I appreciate. Very pleased with vac will continue to purchase bobsweep products.

This is my second Bob and so far I'm even happier than I was with my last Bob. The Bob Pet Hair vacuum is so much quiter than our old one. It now cleans even carpet very well. The main reason I chose another Bob is their Customer Service. I have gotten my Bob repaired, replaced and received new parts with the greatest of ease with an extremely quick response time. They honored my warranty with no hesitation. Best choice ever!
