Bruno is a big dog with lots of hair. Bob can clean up after him and does a great job.

Bobby helps make cleaning so much better. I can clean and dust other stuff while the floors are perfectly clean and taken cared of.

We appreciate Bob because we have a busy household, that includes a lot of human and pet hair, and it helps us keep on top of it. Bob is a little noisy, but we program him for times we are not around. We have had some issue with it getting stuck at the edge of furniture or on low pile rugs. With all the hair he finds, we have to clean him daily, and sometimes have to remove parts to clean well. Best of all, he comes with great customer service; our issue was resolved quickly and conveniently.

The BObsweep pet hair works great for our endless supply of dog hair. After a few years of operation a part on the dustbin door broke. It was still under their 5 year service warranty and the customer service was fantastic!

This is my 1st time owning a automatic vacuum cleaner it uses UV light & mops then goes home when he is finished. He can be control led by the remote also. He has no problem going over to area rugs. Cleans real well too. He gets stuck under the sofa now and then, he manages to maneuver through it no problem.

I bought this Bob sweep back when it was on sale. I planned to use this in my new home. I finally got moved in. I finally got to use it a few times and everything seemed to work as it should. The last time I used it about a week ago, it did it’s job and then went back to the charging station. I thought everything was good so I left the house to run some errands. I don’t know how long I was gone, but not that long. When I got home it was stuck under an end table, running! It had been stuck long enough that it had burnt 2 places in my new carpet!It was not good! So, I guess I will just have to turn it off when I am not there to monitor it constantly. I was not happy!

Bob is fantastic. He works amazing, although I do not have pets I have long hair and bob picks up everything really well. So highly recommend bob to anyone even if they don't have pets. The best part of bob is the customer service, when I discovered bob wasn't working as well as he should, I sent him in for support and he came back brand new and working like a charm! Can't recommend enough!

Got my Bob back around 2017 always love it used it twice a day with a toddler and two pets. Floors were always spotless!Not only does it vacuum and mop it also as a UV light!The company also as a replacement program and great customer service!Love my Bob!

We love the bObSweep vacuum aka Fluffy. Long lasting and gets the job done, we have our Fluffy set to a mid-day timer and once we get back home the floors looks great. Also, the customer services is amazing, the team was very helpful and quick responding

This is my second bob and i am in love the way bob vaccuum. The only thing better that the vaccuum is their costumer service is the best experience i had in any company, their tech support are always ready to answer any questions. Amo mi bob!

Great product cleans, UV cleans mops. We've had our Bob for 8 months...life-changing lol I was sweeping daily. A little loud but I just put him in the other room or turn them on when I leave the house. One repair needed customer service was fast and easy.

We love Bob! I have a yard, kids, teens, dog and live near the beach. Before I swept at least once a day, now I never do. Little loud butt worth it, I let him run around in other rooms or when I'm not home. Highly recommend for this price and quality.

I’ve had my Bobsweep for almost 4 yrs & use it nearly every everyday since I have 2 dogs! It works great! I’ve sent it in for a few repairs & they have always stood behind the product & took care of the repair in a timely manner. Highly recommend it!

We love the Bob vacuum functions, but the customer service is the real reason to use a Bobsweep. The tech support are always ready to troubleshoot and will repair or replace the vac without hassle. Wow! First, you can program it to sweep weekly on its own, or just spot clean, or disinfect with UV light, or attach a mop cloth which is no substitute for a proper mop but still. It finds its way back to the dock on its own. The dustpan needs particular attention and frequent dumping while the air filter also needs cleaning. You’ll need to keep floors clear of electrical cords that Bob loves to chew, and tuck under area rug tassels but otherwise this cleaner relieves the owner of unnecessary drudgery. Let the robot do it!

Very happy with my bobsweep that allows me to do other things while it cleans my floors. Excellent customer service and support both in English and Spanish. Best sweeper at a great price.

This was so easy to assemble with the included screwdriver. It does a great job of keeping sheded pet hair under control and off the floors. Have not used the mop feature yet.

It is such a lightweight device, and the remote control is a wonderful addition. I love that it has a UV light to sanitize. Bob sucks up so much dog/cat hair. This cuts down on my regular vacuumimg, and with two kids under 5 i need all the help i can get with their messes!

The Bobsweep is simply amazing. I have multiple cats and dogs and the Bobsweep miraculously keeps up with all of the fluff. It has made my daily cleaning less stressful. My pets do not even bother about it. One kitty actually designated Bob as his new BFF. It is super easy to clean and maintain. I could go on and on with praise however I suggest you see on yourself. Treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

I love my Bobsweep. I am very busy person and I don’t have much time to sweep & do all my other cleaning. But Bbbsweep has really helped so much. It’s been a life saver.

Bob has been a welcome addition to our family! The mop attachment makes it easier to keep my hardwood floors sparkling clean. A big shout out to Customer Service. They are extremely helpful anytime you have a question or wish to purchase parts.

If you have time to babysit the BobSweep then this one is for you. NOT Worth the Money to me!!! Should have sent it back. It’s get stuck under my couches, tables, transitional pieces that go from one room to another, gets stuck on lamp cords & it’s doesn’t seem to learn your floor plans like others do. Do yourself a Favor and buy a DeeBot which they are way quieter then the IRobot’s. I have owned 3 IRobot’s in the past 20 years. I bought a DeeBot cause I got it for a GREAT Price Love it & I do Love the IRobots too they are just louder. Had a Shark that was given to me and it was Awful I see WHY they got rid of it. PROS of BobSweep: Has a Bigger Dust bin then other brands, Battery Life is Really Good-runs for over a hour, pretty colors. Haven’t used the mop on it yet. CONS: Doesn’t learn your floor plan, gets stuck very easily on things and can’t seems to get out of the situation like others can. The height of the machine doesn’t fit under most coffee table or side tables. You will see in my Picture where it got STUCK for the 10th time! Ugh!

Just love my bob. I had to change the battery after 5 years and Gabe at customer service made the whole process so easy. I love a company that stands behind its product! They will always get my business.

I really like the way that it follows the edges if there is is something in the way ot goes around it. I really like the warranty on parts it is very easy to replace them and their customer service is amazing thanks Gabe you're awsome dude.

I so wanted to love this! Right from the start I was a bit skeptical that the one machine could do it all. The vacuum part works okay if you use the remote or manually block Bobfrom going over the same area a thousand times when it hasn't even touched any other area of the room. I wasted more time playing around with this silly thing then it would have taken me to a vacuum at myself. And I would have done a better job. About the only positive thing I can say about this is that it did fit under all of our beds. So that's how I'm giving it one star. But it left marks all over my white carpet upstairs. Not sure why, It wasn't even stuck. Like I said I could have vacuumed myself with our great Miele vacuum, and saved myself a lot of time, and not be cleaning up black marks all over my carpet. What they claim is a mop and a UV sanitizer is a joke! First the so-called mop is only a sponge that you can moisten before touching it to the machine. There's hardly any cleaning done by this mop as the very tip of the edges only touch the floor not the middle part of the mop. So the whole mop doesn't clean the floor. Do you feel light that they claim is on there. Yeah it's on there. Max all 2 inches of it. So how much of the floor really gets sanitized when it's cleaning. Needless to say I will be returning this piece of junk! I feel the description was very misleading.

I never thought a vacuum would bring me so much joy. I’ve had the “same bob” since 2018. He has been cleaning my floors ever since. I love the UV light and the speed at which the brush turns. This vacuum works better than my upright at cleaning up dog hair and dirt. This company has outstanding customer service and will help you troubleshoot all issues. This is one of the best products I’ve ever bought. (And it’s still going like a champ!)

I was very excited after reading reviews of this item. I asked questions about being able to transition to area rugs and how it will do on very low pile carpet. All answers were great. So I bought it. Now let me tell you the truth. This thing can't get it of it's own way. It can hardly move on area rugs. We have skinny mats to place the dog dishes on top of and this thing can't even climb on to of that. It constantly gets stuck in corners and behind chairs. We find ourselves constantly having get up and move it. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting miracles, but for 279 bucks I was expecting a great deal more. But this thing is absolute garbage. If you want something that will work and actually pick up dirt, just buy a vacuum and do it yourself. I've been watching this thing now for 45 minutes as I write this review, I've had to redirect it 5 times, placed it in a room with almost no furniture except for a wall piano and it can't even operate in there.

We received our Bob as a Christmas gift from family in 2020 (not a great year but this little guy sure did make it a bit better)! Our home has many neutral natural tones (grey, white, black) with champagne bronze hardwares and gold accents. Seeing that the Bobsweep we were gifted was a very bright shade of red, I was excited but also a little eyesore. Although we had the charging station hidden under an armoire all the way in the master bedroom, you could still spot Bob from the front door. As tempted as we were to send Bob off on his first run, we refrained and I reached out to Bobsweep curious about a color swap. Let me tell you, working with Bobsweep Customer Support felt no different than talking to your neighbor face to face! (If you have friendly ones). We had our festive holiday colored Bob sent off and the same Bobsweep in Champagne at our door in no time! Obviously the Champagne color played along with our home's decor just perfectly so we quickly got it set up. About as quickly as we got our new Bob set up, we retired our former robot vacuum to the upstairs. We hate to say but it was just no match with Bob's abilities of who would run the downstairs (more active area of the house). We are very impressed with Bob's capacity, suction, and ability to navigate obstacles. Although our other vacuum worked very well, Bob is kind of like the bodybuilder version of our former friend...but that also got degrees in other areas like mopping, UV light sanitizing, and more! For those that I see complaining about every different brand of robot vacuums in reviews all of the internet, I would like to note that we have never solely relied on one for vacuuming our floors. Even with a toddler and three dogs, I keep a very clean house. I was going over the hardwood floors in our main living areas with my Dyson stick daily (on good steady productivity days) if not more. I vacuum every room with a carpet probably every 2-3 days, and do a deeper clean once a week which includes vacuuming more detailed crevices and moping all hard floors. I run our robot vacuum every night in the main living areas which are mostly hardwood floor after everyone goes to sleep. On days that our toddler is napping or at school I will run it again letting it have free rein of the house including carpets and bathrooms. I empty after every use, and aim to clean the brushes weekly although I don't always get to it. Basically, in our home, Bob works as an assistant with our regular vacuuming routine. Bob is not full-time and we do not expect Bob to do ALL of the work. We just expect that I be able to keep a clean house without constantly having a vacuum in hand. Sitting here writing this I will admit I have not vacuumed myself in 2 days which would be an absolute disaster if it weren't for Bob. I honestly would have guests over with no shame at this very moment thanks to our Bobsweep maintaining things for me. So even when I'm slacking a bit on my job, Bob seems to have my back so that I stay sane looking at our floors when other things are in chaos! Cheers to Bob! I have attached an image of how well Bob blends in when parked as well as how relatively clean our floors still are even though Bob has not yet done a run today and I haven't touched our Dyson either. Bob will do a round tonight to keep me sane until I get to my deep cleaning session tomorrow.

This is a great product for the price. I've had the vacuum for a little over 6 months and it is still working great. I did have an issue with a plastic piece in the dust bin breaking, but I called customer service and they were great! They sent an entirely new dustbin and the issue was resolved. Only possible improvement would be if it got into the corners just a little better. Other than that, really no complaints. We run this vacuum typically 3 times a day to keep up with our kiddos and it does a great job!

Love my new robot Bobsweep he vacuums very well and he maneuvers around my house without getting stuck I have one place where I have to set up I blocker and it works very well
