I just finished a kitchen upgrade. These lights were included as a part of the upgrade and they have worked out very nicely. I am a proficient handyman with electrical experience. For me this was a very easy DIY installation with just following the instructions. They are high quality lights with multiple function remote controllable features. The remotes were included with the purchase and this has been helpful because it allows us to have remotes for dimming in rooms adjacent to the kitchen. The lights are responsive with quick ON/OFF activation and a wide range of color and brightness selection. I also purchased the wall switch control. I can control the lights either with remote settings or with my AC hardwired wall mount ON/OFF light switch. Unlike regular switches this one can be pre-set with my selection of brightness and color temp . . . I am pleased with these LED ceiling panel lights and plan on installing more for our study-room and children’s playroom.

The Good: Great remote features, easy to mount The Bad: Long start-up delay. This reminds me of the old first generation LED's where theirs a long delay before the LED lights the panel. I'm told it's because of the Remote RF features it takes longer to power-up. I compared this to a Metalux Selectable Color panel and it loads in half the time. With a side-by-side test. Maybe fine in a single room but in a hallway the startup is noticeable enough to where I'm returning them.

I have 6 of these installed in my basement - the ceiling height is on the low side so most shop lights were just too bright / too much glare. These are great, and the fact that you can change the color temperature makes them really versatile. My only complaint is that I didn't receive a remote with my 1x4 lights, which it seemed like I would based on the reviews. Upon closer inspection, you get a free hand remote with the 2x4 lights, but it's only an available extra option for the 1x4 lights (ordered from the manufacturer's website). Easy to miss and would be clearer if all the size options included the same accessories - I'll have to go purchase the remote separately.

I like the lights. Took 2 tries to get lights to communicate with remote. Installation instructions are not very detailed.

Lights work great. Have installed 16 so far in 4 separate areas. Remote controls work for each grouping. Only issue is upon shipping arrival there have been several that were bent and easily returned for new ones. Only 1 light did not operate and change colors. Great product easy to install.

We love the lights. Used them in place of a skylight and covered them with a “sky and clouds filter.
