This vacuum was a complete life changer for me. We have a messy bird that gets seeds and pellets all throughout the house and I have 3 messy children and this vacuum completely changed my life. It was so easy to set up. My 17 year daughter set it up for me in 10 minutes. It does an excellent job and is extremely thorough. I LOVE how it's bristle-less so there's no worries about pulling tons of hair out of out bristles. I have a 1200 square foot home and it usually can complete the whole thing without having to recharge but if it does need to recharge while working it will dock itself, recharge and then go back and finish where it left off. I absolutely love it. This was a lot of money for me to spend on myself so I was very reluctant but it is honestly worth every penny spent. I've even convinced my sister to get one.

I love, love, love this unit. I didn't think it would work as well as it does. It does a GREAT job on the carpeted areas of my home ---4 bedrooms upstairs and hallway. I LOVE how much dust and junk it has picked up from under the beds and dressers. I literally clean my floors daily (3 kids) --and the Roomba 960 has definitely reduced my stress level and workload. It transitions from carpet to tile to hardwood flooring quite well. Even more, it comes a great job picking up trash in small areas like baseboards and corners! The battery life is amazing! My main floor is all hardwood flooring, some laminate and tile. I have noticed some scratches from the Roomba on my laminate flooring, which is my I only gave it 4stars. I will check the hardwood flooring more closely after the next use. I've had this for about a month now, and use it about 3-4 times a week.

It's a wonderful machine, but not perfect.
Is sometimes get stuck under furniture and on rug fringes. It sometimes runs out of battery before returning home to recharge and the map doesn't show where it's located , and because of this, when you take it back home to recharge, you can't just take it back to the spot where it died and expect it to return home. When the dust bin is full it doesn't return home. Generally, Love the mapping feature that shows where it has cleaned.

I Winn not buy this product again
I returned my rumba after 26 days because it stop sucking the dirt instead the rumba created rolls of hair on the carpet and left them there for me to pick up Not good if you have tow husky that are shredding At the end I spend every day a couple of minutes picking up the balls of hair on the carpet $550 and I was still cleaning after I came from work Also I hated the false advertising that this robot worked with Alexa and it doesn't not for people in PA it doesn't

Only had since Christmas, but has already proven to be awesome. Have 3 dogs and a cat and the amount of hair it removes daily, still amazes me. Would highly recommend this to any pet owner. We have all laminate flooring, so can't really voucher on how good it does on carpeting.

Fun to watch.
It runs 75 minutes and then needs 75 minutes to charge. If you own a dog that sheds a lot, you will have to empty the dust bin 1 or 2 times per room. But give Roomba credit for covering the territory, especially under the bed.

This is my second Roomba.
Had other one 3 yrs, just bought it a replacement battery. Two story house, now have one on each level. New one is Alexa enabled. Love to order it to clean, while I sit back and relax.
If only they can teach one to dust!
