Overall fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very bright white rug. The ply is decent, but since we just put it down it hasn’t fully fluffed yet. It’s also taking a while for the edges to lay flat. Overall so far we are happy with the rug.

Do Not Buy!
Do Not Buy this rug!! This rug started staining the first day I had it and the stains will NOT come out. I literally walked on the rug and it grabbed the dirt from my feet and nothing will take it out. I am a very clean person. This rug was vacuumed daily from the day I got it. I've only had it a few weeks and it looks awful. I filed a warranty claim and they've denied my claim because they say it's from prolonged use/wear and tear. I'm absolutely furious about the level of service and the lack of assistance I've received regarding the problems with this rug.

Great for 3 Months
I bought this rug in March 2020. It’s so soft and beautiful, but only for about 3 months. As other reviewers have said, even with light use, the fibers get matted. The matted fibers look darker than the rest. It wears horribly. It’s been 10 months of light use with clean feet & slippers, and it needs to go to the dump. I vacuum once a week (more if needed), and spot clean with a green machine.

Dirties EXTREMELY easily
I loved the rug when I first bought it, VERY soft, looked just like the photos, looked great. But it gets dirty insanely easily.... I don’t wear shoes in my house, I have one dog but no roommates or kids & this is how dirty it got in only 2 months. Wouldnt recommend getting it unless it’s in a bedroom or somewhere this might not be a problem.
