The white with color trellis rug looks dingy and dull. I just received and unrolled this rug yet it appears as though I’ve had it for years. It’s also very scratchy feeling and not at all soft like you would expect a new rug to be.

My rug was not rolled nicely for shipping, instead it was folding like some dish towel you’d shove in a drawer. It’s been laying out for a week and still doesn’t lay even close to flat. I really want to love my rug but it’s creased so badly and looks like it will never lay flat. Very disappointed.

It was folded and I can’t get the creases out no matter what I try. The last one I ordered was smaller and rolled so it didn’t have the same problem….bummer

So for anyone reading this and any of the other reviews where people said how their rug was delivered “folded” instead of rolled, and thought hmm, ok, they’re probably not doing that anymore considering the complaints that are listed. WRONG! Yes, it came folded (insert eye roll here). Here, I thought with other people complaining about that in their review that they would have rectified that issue and begin rolling the rugs instead. But they didn’t. So let me explain what I did to get the creases out and fairly easy at that. I know when we get our rugs, we are so eager and just can’t wait to unroll it (in this case, unfold it) and lay it out! But…we have to be patient and let the roll undo what the folding did. So, I unfolded the rug then rolled the rug. I kept it rolled up for a about 5 days and decided it was long enough and laid it down. To my surprise the huge crease that upset me the most was almost gone. After a few days went by there were a few bumps so I just put heavy books down on top of them. They have all pretty much disappeared or subsided to the point that it’s not very noticeable and the more traffic it gets, it’ll all flatten out.

I bought this rug about a year ago and it took nearly a month for the creases to come out even with heavy things placed on top. But worst of all, it creases back up every time I even lightly spot clean. And will remain creases for days after it’s dried.

I've had the rig for 6 months now and it still doesn't lay flat. As other reviewers said, it come folded instead or rolled (I ordered the 8x10), causing it to have creases. I kept it for a few reasons: I love the design of the rug (its a beautiful neutral) and I really didn't want to bother with return shipping or be forced to pay for it. It's under a dining table to don't use very often, but if it was in a high traffic area I probably would have returned it because it could be a safety hazzard. I've tried a few things to get the creases out, but I'm assuming time will be the best cure!

Really nice rug at a great price. Took a little bit for the rug to unwrinkle and settle but we love it.

I love how this rug looks in my daughter’s bedroom. It did take 2 extra days trying to get it flat but worth it in the end. The colors are light cream and grey.

We are very happy with our rug. We are using it in our beach house. It's not fancy but the quality is good for the price. It came very tightly rolled but the ends relaxed to lay flat within the 1st 48 hours. It looks good and perfectly suits our needs.

I love this rug! It was just as pictured, and is great in our bedroom. It made the room feel so cozy and put together.

I just unrolled the 8’x8’ rug a few minutes ago without the rug pad (it will be shipped in a couple of days), and I’m very pleased. This is all the wrinkles it has so I’m convinced it will have none very soon and especially with the rug pad underneath. Everything is exactly as I expected and it is exactly as it shows in the pictures. Can’t wait to get the rest of my rugs.

The shape of this rug is it uneven so if you are someone who likes straight edges and symmetry this is not for you.

Worked great for our living room! It was thinner than I expected, so if you are looking for a thick rug. This one is not for you. Maybe with a rug pad underneath would help- still have to try that. Great color (I chose the light gray one)

Color is exactly as shown. Really great accent for our kitchen. Great quality and price. Arrived a few days after I ordered.

The primary color of the rug is definitely in the medium gray tones over the slightly off white shown in the product pictures and is not very soft, despite the medium pile.
