The quality is far from what I expected from the price I paid. It’s thin and very easy to bend. I’ve tripped over the edges a few times as the edges don’t lay flat on the ground; they curl up.

Love this rug! The pattern and colors are just as pictured and it lays nicely.

Thin, poor quality, smells, and color isn’t even close. I wouldn’t pay $20 for this rug. Taking it back today for a refund.

This is the second time I've purchased this rug. The first time was in 2019. The second, last week. The quality between the old and new is sad. The old one has a much higher pile count which is obvious when comparing the two. The back of the old one is not slippery as this new one is. The new one is very cheap looking compared to the one purchased in 2019. The weight of the two rugs is even different. I purchased this rug because I had a hard time deciding on a new one. I will be keeping it as it's going to cost me to return. Just very upset that the quality was changed and the price remained the same. I guess I would have never known the difference if this was my first time purchasing.

This rug exceeded my expectations! It shipped and delivered quickly and It was exactly as pictured. If you are undecided between this rug or another one you need to just go ahead and get this one! I will definitely be ordering another rug for my bedroom soon!

Rug is thin and I can’t get the bumps out. I reversed curled it for 3 days and took a steamer to it. Still no luck a week in.

This is the worst area rug I ever ordered! The design is dark in spots and light in others - the print is messed up. What a disaster. Who is in charge of quality control? I am returning

I love this rug, I finally went for it and decided to purchase a 9x12 for my living room and I absolutely love it, the rug is the perfect size also very good quality, it’s soft and the pattern is stunning ! This is a great rug for an even better price and it’s all around worth it, also the delivery was so fast I ordered my rug Thursday morning and it arrived Saturday afternoon! I am a happy customer there ere a little bit of lines in the rug but I laid it flat upside down for a day and they came out easily!

I bought this rug about 9 months ago. I love the design and it arrived in a timely manner. However it was folded in half then somewhat rolled for shipping which caused the rug to have permanent creases. I reverse rolled it and it’s been on my floor for nine months, still creased. After about a month or so the corners started to curl and one edge as well. I have a chair in one corner and it is still curled. Nine months later we still have it. We deal with it. It’s just a bummer that it isn’t flat.

Rug looks exactly as described in the pictures. Only complaint in that a few of the sides were already fraying and needed to be either tied off or glued to keep from unraveling. Rug laid flat very easily.

My rug has a strip of pink fibers running down the middle of the rug. So disappointed!

This rug is great! It came quickly and rolled out with no problem. I curled the 4 corners the opposite direction for 24 hours and it smoothed out. Highly recommend!

he rug shipped super fast and I received within the week. The quality is great and just like others I have bought at a higher price. The color and design are true to the photos. The instructions in the carpet we’re a nice touch as well! Will be ordering all future rugs from here.

The rug delivered folded like a tissue. So now there are several creases that will not come out after sitting out for all weekend. Rugs usually come in a roll to prevent this. The texture is rough, not soft as some reviewers state. Overall, it looks cheap and I’m disappointed despite the several great reviews online.

This rug is everything I was hoping it would be, however I did not realize I should not have used rug tape with it. I have used rug tape with a previous Rugs USA carpet but this one wrecked it when I had to move the rug and pulled fibers out.

The rug design, color, etc. is great. Sadly, the rug comes rolled and then folded. The rug is so thin that the bends do not come out and we have terrible ripples throughout the rug especially at the ends. We need to replace the rug and we’ve only had it less than 3 months.

It's listed with a thickness of 0.5" but it's clearly 0.25". Very thin and firm. An 8x8' rug arrived so folded up it would fit in a small carry-on suitcase - shows you how flimsy it is.

The rug is perfect for my guest bedroom. Would buy again.

This rugs color is not as vibrant as pictured. It’s very light pink to the point where you barely see any white design on it at all, and it’s impossible to make out the design as a whole. At a glance it almost makes it just look patchy or dirty. It’s fine, but certainly nothing special

Easy to care for, great price and makes the room look cozy. Had to weigh down, took a few days for it to lay flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a stager and just staged a couple homes with these rugs! I Love it! The owner and agent are more than thrilled. The issue is you can't step on it with shoes as it shows every footprint. :( I am buying the cleaner though and hope it works to get the footprints out. I'd hate for it to be a one time use. I will see in about a month when I pick it all back up. If it does then I will give it 5 stars and plan to leave a bottle of cleaning at each home I stage with this carpet. It does WOW everyone!

Nice rug, but disappointed that the gray parts are much lighter than what was pictured.
