Good price, looks like the photo
It looks like the photo - slightly more muted white base, perhaps, but really happy with it overall. It’s about 1/4” thick and not scratchy underfoot. Arrived quickly!

Poor Quality
Looks nice, but warps dramatically with any bit of moisture that comes into contact and never recovers. It has become a tripping hazard just weeks after getting it and looks terrible. Material is cheep and looks old and worn after just 2 months.

Great rug with modern touch

This rug fit perfectly in my living room and my furniture now fits on the rug!
Rug is thin but just make sure to buy a rug pad. I bought the gray rug which is the perfect neutral tone to work with most colors in my room.

Not the same as before
I bought the darker grey version of this rug a few years ago in one size smaller, and it’s a very heavy rug. So we were surprised carrying the new, bigger white version because it was not nearly as heavy. After unwrapping it, it’s clear it’s not nearly as thick as the original. Not worth the price in my opinion, and I don’t think it should be advertised as the same rug. Not happy with this purchase.

Diminishing quality
This is my second time purchasing this rug. Quality is significantly lower in the grey trellis rug than in the previously purchased ivory trellis rug (same brand and size). The density of the yarn is low and you can see the base of the rug looking at it. Additionally, the rug has layed out for 2 months underneath furniture and still shows the roll marks from when it was shipped and delivered. Save your money and do not buy this.

Too thin and smells weird
This is the second large area rug I’ve purchased. The first was about two years ago and was very good quality, thick and fluffy. It would have held up longer but we had an aging dog with bladder issues.
We just bought a new, larger version and it is very low quality- super thin and not fluffy AT ALL. I’m very disappointed in the quality and will no longer recommend these rugs to others. In addition to the thinness, it is putting out a weird smell and I’m afraid for my toddler and infant to lay on it and crawl around.

Lovely Runner
Love my Morrocan runner. Wished I had purchased the smaller size for my hallway.. looks a little odd, but it was totally my mistake to purchase the longer size. I wanted to purchase the underpad, but they didn’t have it in stock.

love the color but won't lay flat.
I've had the Carpet for over a week now and it won't lay flat. I've pulled and stretch and it still won't. I really like the the color and it looks amazing in my room but I'm constantly tripping on the carpet. I might have to retune it.

Weird packing causes creasing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the rug and get so many complements on it! My only issue is that we’ve had is the how it’s packaged. It’s folded upon itself instead of rolled and after two weeks I still have weird creasing. I’m sure after I vacuum it more and let it sit it should flatten out.

I don’t recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the pattern but these rugs are rolled up so tight that once unrolled will not lay flat. I’ve had this rug now for many weeks and I’ve tried weight, heat, vacuuming and it still will not lay flat. I’m very unhappy. I have a few other rugs from the same brand that do lay flat and others that haven’t. I bought this one to match. I will definitely not be buying from this brand ever again.

Rug for dorm room
Really nice rug to cover the not so nice dorm room floor. Only issue is the 9 x 12 rug pad was larger than that size, so we had to cut it, which was not real easy in the dorm room with all the furniture in the room.

Cheap cheap cheap!
I was so excited for this rug... but it showed up on my doorstep FOLDED. They couldn't at least roll it?! The creases made from being folded resulted in fibers shedding to the point where there were holes in the rug. And it wasn't even cut straight! To top it all off, apparently I'm on the hook to ship back a defective product. Ya'll...
