First off I like the look and size BUT Smells like mildew bad. I have been airing it out for 3 days and had to spray vinegar and water on it with fans on it to help. I think it’s working but a brand new rug should never smell like this. Very disappointing. Only bought this rug to stage our house we selling and now it smells like mildew in my living room. I’m giving it one more day to see if the smell gets better and if not I will have to try to return or just throw it away.

Very nice rug for the price. This is my 3rd rug from this company and im always impressed with the quality.

I needed a lighter rug for Christmas to use under my dining table. This is perfect becaus3 my floors are very dark.

This rug arrived damp and was VERY dirty. I expected it to shed natural fibers, but I didn’t expect copious amounts of dirt to vacuum off it. I vacuumed it front and back at least 5 times and it still had a dusty dirt coming out of it. It was like it was transported in the back of an open truck down a gravel road. Once I got passed the dirt it looks nice, but it was a huge hassle.

The off-white color was even more stunning in person (not too stark, very natural looking) and it's so cozy underfoot. It really warmed up our bright space and this room finally feels complete! Would definitely recommend - it's gorgeous, durable, and the tassles are a really nice touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have rated this 5 stars if it was not for the very off-putting smell of the rug. The rug came packaged in a clear plastic bag and once opened produced a very strong musty smell. The smell has permeated the entire house. The bag was dry and the rug did not feel wet either. I’m not sure if this is common with natural jute rugs or not. Otherwise, the rug looks great!

Bought this rug a few weeks ago and upon opening the package there was a terrible smell and not just shedding of the product which is to be expensed but dirt everywhere….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the runner. Super beautiful jute. Not stiff but stays in place. Gorgeous color. Using it for our sliding door.

Now that I got your attention. Please avoid this carpet at all costs even if it’s given to you for free. We purchased it November 11, 2019. It has been shedding since. It’s almost like the carpet is disintegrating from the bottom up. I don’t understand, I lift up the carpet and there’s so much carpet jute mulch. I vacuum and the cycle continues.

This is a beautiful addition to the room. I’m very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice rug, although I’d say the color is not completely accurate like in the pics. We got the off white, which looked pretty white in the pic, but they’re definitely light brown. It works for our dining room though, not afraid to get it dirty. It’s pretty soft for being jute.

One negative is that walking barefoot on it right when it’s laid out reveals some sharp jute ends that I spent the day clipping off ... as in like 20 places I revealed sharp to the touch ...once I did that it seems to be great

This runner is 95% perfect. The reason for not giving it 100% is that it is slightly crooked which is understandable given that it is handmade. Not enough to not keep it though. We find it soft enough on our feet and adds a nice touch to our rustic/chic bathroom reno.

This is a beautiful rug, and the blue color is very pretty! I love it, except... A number of times now me, family members, and guests have stepped on sharp, spikey wooden pieces that are somehow woven into the rug. Because of that small hazard I am rating it lower than other RU I've purchased and totally loved.

The loops on this rug aren’t as tight which means the quality isn’t as high, HOWEVER Avery little shedding and no “sand” underneath the rug that makes a mess. I like the tasseled fringe on ends. Worth the price.

I ordered this navy blue rug in runner size and a 4x6 and they are totally different colors! Do not order these in multiples or different sizes! This was after waiting 2.5 weeks to receive my items!

Love love love this rug! I love the feel of it on the bottom of my feet...kinda like a foot massage. The indigo color is perfect! It's so rich on my dark hardwood floors.

Very sad about this rug. I loved the color and style and there’s nothing else quite like it. However when we got it in wood chips and dirt kept falling out of it. I don’t know if it was used or if this is just the rug. The fibers shed constantly as well. It fills my vacuum everything I do it.

This rug is super high quality and I purchased it because I knew it could fit with several rooms in my home because it's so neutral. Super pleased with it.

Love the look of the rug. Unfortunately, I constantly have large pieces falling off of it as well as areas that have really hard/sharp pieces poking through that hurt when you step on them.

I recommend this rug. I do however think the description should mention just how “organic” the quality of the jute is….. it definitely has a rustic/rough approach to the weave. Some of the knots are protruding from the weave. Making it uncomfortable to sit and stand on. I wanted a natural look, so I’m “okay” with it. I would have enjoyed a slightly better quality of material and weave, However.

Straight out the plastic rolls and it has tons of runs/picks. Flipped sides and thought maybe it could be backwards. Nope other side looks just as bad. (2nd phot). Very disappointed in the quality. Looks several years out first day out of the package. There were even plastic fibers and fibers and threads from other rug colors tangled into some of the runs! Not sure there is a quality control here. This would not have passed.

Personally I really liked this rug. I ordered an 8x8 and layered another rug on top of it so maybe that makes a difference? I probably Wouldn’t want it if it didn’t have another rug on top of it. But I was super super nervous about this rug and I think it passed my expectation

This off white rug is NOT off white. Definitely more yellow in tone.
