Too big and not cushioned

I ordered this with an 8’x10’ rug and it is a couple inches bigger than that so it sticks out. It’s thin enough that I can cut it with scissors but it cost enough that I shouldn’t have to do that. Very annoying. It also offers very little cushion so I think calling this “premium” is a bit of a stretch.

I thought we were getting a thick premium rug pad but this came and it was awful. Also wasn’t too big. I order 12x15 and this was 13x16. Had to cut it down to size.
