This rug was not stitched up evenly at all. Which would be fine but I’m trying to layer another rug on top of it and it just looks so tacky. Very disappointed in this rug….

After the first week this rug began to fall apart. The braids are falling out of place making it look very tattered.

Sheds a lot but very beautiful rug. However, the rug came with blue stain markings on the edges of the rug. Not very small either as it’s along different sections.

I bought 4 of these rigs two round two large rectangle. First round one came in nice the 2nd has thread everywhere. Looks like a two year old made it.

I'm getting the impression this is a returned or used item. There are many spots that are either dirty marked green. Returning

I bought it hoping the reviews about the shedding were just “some” cases and I wouldn’t be one of them. I was wrong. Any thing I might have not noticed before has been amplified now that I have a toddler. She is always on the rug and always has rug attached to her when she’s done. I can’t let her on it in black clothing… when i pick her up, i look like I’ve had cats sleeping on me for 3 days. It’s really gross. So SO unfortunate because it really is beautiful and fits perfectly in our living room :( Please fix this.

Rug has only been on the floor for a week and the seam has already pulled apart. Rug is barely walked on due to us not living in the house yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great rug for the price, it arrived quickly and intact. It doesn’t shed much, and any shedding can be managed with a quick vacuum. My only complaint is that the borders/edges are not even, and there are some places where th braided portion is coming away from the edging. This will be a huge problem later after time of wear and tear.

I love the color, texture and feel of this rug. It’s incredibly soft while providing gorgeous texture to any space. The light color brightens our room beautifully to keep a light and airy feel. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is true to the photos in colour and detailing. It sheds a little (as expected) and only had a minor smell after unpackaging. It is handmade so imperfections and inconsistencies are expected but the rug doesn't hold it's shape very well so one side has streched out quite a bit making the whole rug look lopsided in the space. Some of the material is a lot rougher with fraying throughout the weave so we occasionally step on a "sharp" piece that we have to trim down.

Love this rug! There is an an initial “earthy” smell when first opens that dissipates within a day or two. Adds great texture to any room.

Had high hopes for this rug after reading reviews and seeing it “live” after a blogger had shown she had bought it. When I laid it out I was disappointed to find several spots of what looked like mud, but at a closer look it was actually burnt/hardened rug, some pieces almost felt like bark! It added to the fact that overall the rug looked dirty and used. Mine wasn’t a smooth, cream color as shown in the picture. I know natural rugs can vary in how they turn out but this rug was just in poor shape. Rugs USA was very understanding and did their best to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I returned this rug.

Very pretty rug. We plan to use it as a base rug and place a slightly smaller decorative rug on top. Perfect size for our large living room. Does shed quite a lot when vacuuming.

Pleased with this rug. I use it to layer under a wool rug, and I like the texture and brightness it adds. Good quality for the price. I added a rug pad for cushion.

I am very very pleased with this rug. I purchased it to layer with another rug and they look beautiful together. I like that it is woven with different shades of tan giving it a more textured and rich look. I’ve received many compliments. It seems to be very good quality.

The rug itself is good quality but it’s significantly darker than the photos. I was hoping for the light, natural look that the photos depicted. Instead the color of the material is many shades darker

The rug is nice. However, some of the braidings have started to come apart and I’ve only had this less than a month.

It looks beautiful and natural. True to the picture. And feels softer to the touch than I expected. But it sheds a lot even after several vacuums. And the braided edges are unraveling like crazy! I keep trying to glue them down, but they won’t stay.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because there are some odd discoloration throughout, almost looks like burn marks that I’m not crazy about. But overall love this rug and very happy with it!

Just moved into our place and after a week I noticed white hair from the rug on the floor. I decided to look under the rug and there is a bunch of silver/grey dirt! I developed major allergies from this rug! STAY AWAY! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
