Didn’t work for me . Installed it and it worked fine for about 4 hours then the red light came on . Called customer service and was told to reset the unit . The unit would not reset it self. The red light stayed on no matter what I did. Didn’t feel like messing with it so returned it.

I got this product under special buy. I have used it for a month and surprisingly good both during day and night (quality/ cloud services). Remo+ provided templates are very useful and perfect for my entry door. Cloud service mobile app could have been better but no complaints.

Even though I have an orbi with great coverage the Remo+ drops the signal. Even though I have decreased the sensitivity to minimum I have too many false motion notification, possibly a moth?I will probably return it to HD

Easily installed- good directions, ( plus you tube video available). Works great! Had it up and running for almost a month now. Very sensitive to motion- has a wide area of sight ( adjustable to fit your needs)
