I like that the arm applies just enough pressure on the roll. However, the following sheet doesn't stick out far enough for an easy tear. It is a little bit of a nuisance, but I still like the holder.

Just what I wanted. Tired of pulling paper towels with only one hand snd they spin off. This little arm is ingenious.

This is my fourth attempt at finding the best in counter top paper towel holders and it is a winner! Pair it with Simple Human paper towels and it’s perfection.

As with all their products a lot of attention to engineering details always there and appreciated by ex engineers like myself .

I purchased this paper towel holder about 2 weeks ago to replace one that I had owned for over 10 years. I am disappointed in the SH quality as the product arrived with rust spots. I sent photos to customer service and their only resolution is for me to ship it back. I would have preferred to have a new one shipped to me first so that I have something to use to hold paper towels until the new one arrives. Customer Service could be improved, especially when they acknowledge a quality issue with their product.

It is a perfect replacement for my other towel holder. It does what it's made for. Perfect!

It works really well. You just have to make sure the little rubber feet stay free from dust so it sticks to the counter. Love!

Very convenient when cooking or doing anything around the kitchen. Will probably buy as a gift later this year for the holidays.

The quality of the Paper towel holder is one of the kind and you get what you pay for. I don’t think I would ever want a different brand anymore. This is not the only item I have from Simplehuman, I think I own mostly all! I just love the brand so much!

Great concept. However, as the item reduces in size, the functional aspect of it also reduces.

I was wonderfully surprised by how well the tension arm actually works compared to others on the market.

This little accessory is what I needed to cleanup some kitchen clutter. Before the roll of paper towels would just sit on the counter. With this little tool the roll isn’t getting knocked over.

The tension arm makes this paper towel holder so easy to use. It holds the very large rolls of towels.

Beautiful paper towel dispenser. Works well when using one hand on top to steady the dispenser while pulling and tearing off the desired length of paper towel. The base needs to be heavier to make one-handed use easier.

Needs a heavier base because every time I pulled to tear off a paper towel the whole base moved on the countertop, very annoying. I went back to my old paper towel holder with a much heavier base since I was using my other hand to hold the towel while tearing it off the spool anyway. I did like that the lever held the towels in place, looked neat and tidy.

I love this item! The paper towel arm really helps to keep the towels in place.

Over the years i have tried many paper towel holders. They have all not lasted long. This one is just amazing. Great quality, sturdy, very functional. I highly recommend it.

I was concerned about tearing properly. So far so good. Paper towel still full. Waiting for it to become smaller. Then the real test. It’s heavy enough. Sits in my bathroom nicely. The tension so far is enough. I will give my final when the paper towel becomes smaller. I like the product so far. Matches my decor.

I replaced my old superhuman paper towel holder with this new one and I'm very disappointed. I had my old holder (same item) for about 10 years and loved it until the tension arm broke. I love superhuman products so I replaced it with the same thing. The new holder is not the same quality as my old paper towel holder. While the tension arm is great, it is not stable, it rocks back and forth, it doesn't stay in place on my counter top. I wish I kept the old one, even with the broken tension arm, it was better. I'm disappointed with the quality of this new simplehuman tension arm paper towel holder.

Like the unit itself-not heavy enough . You end up holding onto it to get towels off

After years of daily use, we finally wore out the tension arm. When it was time to replace, I ordered the same one again. It is the best. Thank you for another great product. Well designed. Easy to use.

Nice holder! I love the tension arm. It looks good on my counter.

Prior to this item the paper towels were loosely kept on the kitchen counter. Water would splash on the paper towels and more than one sheet would tear off. This holder keeps the towels elevated and makes size selection a breeze.

Great for pulling one towel with one hand. It has performed wonderfully in my kitchen so far.
