Zinsser Mold Killing Primer is a water-based EPA registered fungicidal protective coating that can be used to paint over and kill all existing mold, mildew, moss, fungi, odor causing bacteria and any other fungal organisms. It prevents the growth of mold, mildew and other fungal organisms on the paint film. For use on non-porous interior and exterior surfaces.

Does this product work on wood paneling

My concrete block basement walls are partially scraped of the paint. Moisture comes in the walls and creates moldy areas. If I spray this on the moldy spots do you rinse after the mold is gone? And is there a residual smell?

However, we recommend wearing personal protective equipment such as an N95 respirator, gloves, goggles, etc., when dealing with mold growth. Ensure you apply Mold Control to a dry surface until evenly wet and allow the product to dry completely. Remove excess solution, if present, with a Concrobium Mold Control-dampened cloth or sponge for an even application.
