Does this shower pan have to be set in mortar?
Thank you for your interest in Craft + Main shower bases. Craft + Main shower bases are designed to be attached directly to the subfloor with construction adhesive. If you prefer to use a mortar bed, that will work just as well.
can the panels be used directly on a concrete wall?
Thank you for your interest in Jetcoat. Jetcoat wall panels can be installed directly to concrete provided proper preparation and installation techniques are used. Please check the installation manual that comes with it (or can be downloaded from the product details section of this web page) prior to starting your project.
What bypass shower doors can you use with this Pan.The front edge of the pan slopes Inward. Everything I have read about the shower door installation is that they want a flat surface. Do you have any suggestions on different brands and models. Thank you
Thank you for your interest in Craft + Main shower bases. The slope on the front ledge of the base is only a few degrees and is just enough so that water will run back into the shower rather than pool on the ledge and run out onto your bathroom floor. It is not enough to cause issues when installing your shower door. Will this base work with Castico composite shower wall materials? Thanks.

There is a laser etched stamp on the side of the pan that is visible at the bottom edge. Is there any way to remove the colored lettering from this? It ruins the look of the base.
Thank you for purchasing a Craft + Main shower base. The logo can be removed with nail polish remover or denatured alcohol. Please be very careful while doing this as these product will not damage the base, but they could have catastrophic effects on other painted or plastic surfaces.
I need an extra piece to go around part of another wall. Is it possible to order a smaller piece?
We are very sorry, but we do not currently offer single panels. If you need additional material, you will need to purchase additional kits.
Dos the grey marble come with the trim and edge trim?
