Why are you not MATTER compatible??? I will never buy HubSpace unless it's MATTER....
Is the light kit a universal kit? Will the light kit fit on any fan, i am looking at this as a replacement light kit for an existing fan. Thank you!
The light kit for this model is designed specifically for the Ellard 52". It may be able to fit other fans with some modification, but because this light kit was not designed with other fan models in mind, the manufacturer cannot guarantee universal compatibility.
Is there an updated model or another model that can replace this remote to reverse the fan?
Thank you for your question. No, the reverse switch is typically on the motor housing of the fan.
The light kit has a bare black wire that isn’t connected to anything. It’s like it pulled free from a connection but I can’t tell where it’s supposed to connect. And the fan doesn’t work.
It is recommended that you contact customer service at 1-877-902-5588 or service@tal-usa.com. They can review any photos you may have of the unidentified wire and offer solutions for fixing the wire or replacing any defective components.

What is max wattage of LED lights the receiver can control? Can I control my canless LEDs with this remote if my fan does not have lights as long as max wattage is not exceeded? Same circuit/switch.
