Is this just one side with adhesive?
Adhesive is only on one side of the foam. It is on the 3/4" side.
Can you use it for the bottom of the door
Can this be used around a door
Yes it could be used, but usually it is too wide for a door.
Will it keep out rain better than foam?
Yes it will do a much better job.
Is this heat resistant
This foam tape does not carry a heat rating. It will not handle temperatures above 135 degrees.
Can I have this ac installed
I cannot answer that for you. You will need to speak directly to your nearest Home Depot store.
The description AND installation instructions say that these actually replace your old plastic side panels. I also read that it's not waterproof and will soak up water. Two contradicting statements, so which is correct?
