Is kill 2 a paint or primer

Can it be tinted

Can this be used on masonite before painting? Apply directly or would the surface have to be scuffed?

Can you paint roof shingles with this ?

can this be used for stained wood

Can I use this to paint on a cement bench in full sun? I have sanded some of the old paint off because it blistered. Will this primer do the same?
