Q1: In the specification brochure - The SST battery is rated to 2,500 cycles to 80% (7 years of everyday use) In the product manual - 4000 Cycles to 80%+ Capacity Which statement is correct? Q2: Where is the cable connector for the 30A AC output?
In our early launch, the battery was estimated at 2500 cycles to 80% capacity. With our latest firmware update for optimized charging it has increased the lifecycle to 4,000+ (well over 11 years of everyday use.) The 30A RV plug cable would be sold separately.
You say it can be charged by car. What does that even mean? I have a Tesla, a Tesla home wall charger, or what about a Tesla supercharger. Can I use 400w solar panels? Are these stackable?
So car charging would be via a DC cigarette car charging adapter. You would not be able to charge it from a Tesla Power Wall. The B4000 is expandable but only with additional expandable batteries which will be available later this year. Yes you can use other solar panels that are 400W, just make sure they are an MC4 Connection type and stay within the solar input: 12-60VDC/10A Max

Hello, you will need to run a calculation based on the size of your AC unit. First, you will need to convert the BTU of your AC to watts and use the following formula; The calculation is (2611Wh x 0.95 x 0.9) ÷ (AC Watts) = Runtime
Is the RV plug a NEMA 14-30amp? If not can the plug be replaced? Thanks G

Would it be able to run my in ground pool pumps (2) during a power outage?

Why are there no pictures of any of the AC connections???
