This tile is wonderful, so much you can do with it, from putting it on as a backsplash or framing it in a picture frame. It goes on all material very well and sticks firmly. Easy to pull off if not straight and reposition. Easy instructions and they are even lettered so you cannot mess up. Should be more than 4 in a pack. The colors go with anything and really add something to the decor

These tiles are beautiful and add a high end elegance to the space. These are very easy to install. You get 4 interlocking sheets of the smart tiles that you can assemble in any pattern. You can cut them to fit the space you are installing them. The best part is, if you have to cut them, you don't need a wet saw to do it. You just need a cutting mat and a box cutter (I guess scissors would work, too) to cut them to the shape and size you need. Assembly is so easy. you just peel off the back of the tile sheet and stick them to the wall where you want them. This is a great looking backsplash with timeless elegance. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to add a high-end pop to your space in only a few minutes of work.

First off, have the say, the "Smart Tiles" are not as smart as I had hoped. When you open the package, the tiles themselves are very thin and are all cut the same. This means, when you go to apply them, you must "overlap" the keyed tiles with the squared off end of the next tile. This makes installation EXTREMELY challenging. There are no instructions on how to go about installing this project, so what I did, was on my first tile, cut off the keyed end, and then had to overlay each tile as I went along. This actually caused a "thickened" end every 12". Because the tiles are SO thin and have a rubber feel to them, they telegraph every little tiny imperfection in your walls. The claim you can install over existing tiles. Based on this installation, I would NEVER recommend unless you want to see the old tiles as well. The tiles themselves have a very rubbery and fake feel to them. They do however seem to "stick" extremely well to the wall. You do have to makes sure, as was our case, the wall to be installed on must be EXTREMELY clean and SMOOTH. We have a permanent dimple in one area due to a glob of paint or something I didn't see on the wall. Also found out the hard way, once a tile is installed, it is NOT repositionable at all. I suppose this is a plus for a review of the glue.

My wife selected these peel and stick tiles for another one of her crafting projects. These are also being used to repurpose some old coasters we had laying around She loves them so much because they are easy to work with, require no special tools and the final result looks great !! She is really happy and impressed with the quality of the tiles, the way you stick it and forget it too! These are winners.

Smart Tiles has created this useful product for the do-it-yourself homeowner who would like an attractive backsplash without the expense and expertise needed to install real grouted tile. The package contains 4 sheets of self-adhesive wall tiles which can be cut with an exacto knife and metal square to fit your space. The sections can be overlapped, creating the illusion of an unbroken tile backsplash. The colors of the printed tiles are dark/medium/light taupe and white. I suggest that you measure your space and then line up your tiles to be sure the overlap is correct. They can be repositioned if you do not press them firmly into place but they must be carefully handled or they can rip, exposing a shiny metallic foil. The adhesive is strong once pressed into place so these should hold up well. I would prefer a matte finish but they are fine for those wanting a little shine. I think these tiles present best in a smaller area. While not a perfect substitute for grouted tile, they are certainly a less expensive attractive alternative.

Simple and fast upgrade for a new counter installation..I remodeled a kitchen and needed a quick solution to repair a dated backsplash..Pros:Easy to trim with scissors. Precut on one end eliminates slow process of matching each overhanging tile. Cons: Sizes are 9.3" instead of a usual 12" or other even number so a 48 wide counter will be lacking end piece. small accent areas are not recommended. Full wall to wall coverage has better asthetics.
