We were contacted about the design of the shed and were told we could move the placement of the windows and doors so we did. We submitted the signed paperwork and it was confirmed that the shed would be made to our specifications. Yet when the shed arrived the doors and windows were not where we had submitted in the plans. We called customer service and told that there was nothing that could be done. They sent us a $50 check but I feel that this does not even come close to covering the mistake that was made. Why were we told that we could change the configuration and sign documents for this if they were not going to follow through? The guy we spoke with made it sound like it was no big deal like we were just missing a vent or something but in reality the shed does not function for us as we had hoped because the doors were not where we specified. Overall we are happy with the product and the installers were very good, it wasn't their fault that it was made incorrectly. But we are very disappointed that the shed was not made as we ordered since this was why we purchased the shed from Home Depot because we could make changes. We will seriously have to consider whether or not we will make large purchases from Home Depot in the future due to our dissatisfaction which is unfortunate because we are in the middle of a home renovation.

Nice shed, but OMG nightmare scheduling delivery wtih supplier, took one month with a couple reschedules. Last reschedule was because they didn't even know they needed a permit to move the shed, and they built it! Also, Home Depot was almost completely divorced from the process once they made the sale. I felt like you left me on my own to deal with a supplier who didn't have their act together at all. You just washed your hands of the deal.

Item is excellent quality. Delivery was estimated a few weeks out, but was delivered early. Delivery team put the shed exactly where I wanted it overall I am extremely happy with my building and the delivery.

Need to use a nail sweeper to pick up nails on the ground post project. Other than that not really being a complaint. The rebuilding of my 16 x16 two story shed was put up with in a 7 day period. This guys were the best and super professional. Build was ready for inspection the next day after completion.

The 12 x 16 shed I got looks beautiful and is an excellent quality building. I am glad I purchased the shed from Home Depot and have already recommended it to several friends. The installation crew did a wonderful job in matching the front ramp to the slanting grade of my driveway. If I every need another shed I will buy from Home Depot again.

Installation was great considering the close time frame that I got for an install date and time. The installer knew his craft and was very expert in his delivery. Wish I had someone like him every time I ordered something.Your customer scheduling coordinator needs training in customer service!! But, maybe she is a professional. She sent me text on a Friday about a delivery on Monday. Short time frame. I had to take that day off for delivery, She called after delivery to say that the contract was ready for signature and that with my authorization, she could pre-sign for me to speed up the process for my warranty to take effect.. I gave her the OK since I was at work and would look at the documents when I got home. Once I got home and signed the email, I emailed her about the warranty provisions, I emailed her about the warranty and got this: "Looks like you signed Mr. Haskins. Thank you very much." No directions as to where to go for the warranty or anything, I called the 1-800 number to ask about the warranty, not in writing at all. The representative told me that I should take a picture of the sign on the shed .

When I bought the shed in February i was told I would have my shed in 7 business days which was a lie i just got my shed may 31st so it took 3 months to get it delivered being it was already together sitting at Home Depot and still waiting on them to come back and make repairs! Home Depot did give me a little money back but considering. The 6,000 I spent I should have at least got half back all they refunded me was 500$ not even a fourth of what I paid I will never do business with Home Depot again! I still feel someone with higher authority should give me some more of my money back for the headache I went thru over this shed!!!!!

Need iinstallers to return at some point. Set blocks to far back under shed so that I am unable to add underpinning. I also did not have a key to lock shed and had to go to a locksmith to get one made. I did buy a display so I saved a $1000.
