The only thing that could have gone better was not in the technicians power to change. It had to do with lack of notification by the project lead/scheduler that the initial schedule could not be met. The reason for the delay to respond to an emergency at a daycare but solid and understandable, but I shouldn't have had to call in to find out about the delay and reschedule. They should have been more proactive. As far as the work goes, I am completely satisfied with the quality and organized approach, the friendliness

    Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I get my HVAC units serviced?
You should tune up your HVAC system two times a year (once for the AC and once for the furnace), typically at the start of each cold and hot season, to ensure your system is working efficiently before the Pacific South weather gets too extreme. However, you can schedule HVAC maintenance at any time.
What are some signs that my heating or air conditioning system may need repairs?
You may need air conditioning repair services if you have higher-than-normal energy bills, there is excessive noise during startup and operation, there are leaks around the outside unit, the air coming into the house isn't hot or cold enough, or the unit is constantly turning on and off.
Which HVAC issues are most frequently encountered?
Some of the most common HVAC issues include dirty or clogged filters, thermostat failures, refrigerant leaks, clogged drain lines, broken fans and compressors, ductwork issues, and frozen evaporator coils. Heating and air conditioning systems have many components and need regular maintenance to maximize efficiency. If you've noticed declines in your system's performance, our technicians will perform an in-depth analysis and recommend the best course of action for repairs.
How long can I expect my central HVAC unit to last?
HVAC systems usually last around 15 years. Air conditioners, fan coils, ductless mini splits, package units, heat pumps, and furnaces have had improvements in efficiency in recent years, so you could make a better investment by replacing an older unit rather than repairing it.
    Which equipment do you service?
We service and repair multiple central heating and air conditioning equipment components throughout the Garden Grove area, including central ACs, ductless mini splits, furnaces, evaporative coolers, fan coils, package units, heat pumps, and air quality systems such as whole-home humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and air cleaners.
How often do I need to change my air filters?
Changing your heating and air conditioning unit's air filters at least twice a year will not only help you save on your monthly energy bills but can also help extend the life of your system. Changing the filter every three months is even better. If left unchanged long enough, your system could fail completely.

    Residential HVAC Repair Services

Sometimes an HVAC system needs a repair instead of a replacement. If your unit is turning on and off frequently, is leaking or noisy, the air coming into your house isn't warm or cool enough, or your energy bills are higher than normal, consider a maintenance check and possibly a repair. We recommend regular tune-ups for your HVAC units twice a year: at the start of each hot and cold season. These check-ups can ensure that your system is functioning correctly before the weather hits extreme temperatures. Our Garden Grove heating and air contractors can service a variety of heating and air conditioning units.

    California Air Conditioning Maintenance Services

Central air conditioning is a popular, energy-efficient system used throughout Orange County. Our qualified maintenance and repair contractors will keep your central AC running smoothly by ensuring your air handler is functioning properly. We can also service the heat pump on your central air conditioner.

We offer repair and maintenance services for ductless mini-split air conditioners. These units are energy-efficient, convenient, and easy to use. Our Garden Grove contractors are here to ensure your ductless AC system performs as expected.

We offer evaporative cooler repair for smaller condos in your area. These residential units, which are also known as wet air coolers or swamp coolers, use up to 75% less power than traditional air conditioners. It's important to keep up with regular maintenance so they maintain their energy efficiency.

    California Heating Repair Services

Routine maintenance for your furnace is essential to keeping your home warm during cold weather. We offer furnace repair services for gas or electric models in Garden Grove.

Heat pump repair is also an option when you contact us at The Home Depot. Heat pumps remove heat from the air in your home and transfer it outside. During the winter, we can switch the direction of the heat pump to bring in warmth. We recommend servicing your heat pump one or two times a year so that it operates properly.

Many people in Garden Grove depend on our residential wall heater repair services. Our certified contractors can keep your heating and air wall units performing their best through our regular HVAC maintenance and repair.

Additional Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Services

In Garden Grove, smaller homes without attics frequently use package units, which merge cooling and heating capabilities into a unified system. This design streamlines traditional components into one compact unit. If your unit needs maintenance or repair, our certified contractors in Orange are here to assist you.

Orange County's environmental factors can build up air pollutants inside your home. We provide whole-home air purification repair to ensure your air purification system is cleaning the air in your home. We service all types of components, including air purifiers, air cleaners, ventilators, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and UV lights.

A critical component of your heating and air conditioning system is a fan coil. We offer fan coil maintenance to ensure your fan properly pushes air through the system and into your home. Our local technicians in Garden Grove can also keep your fan coil cleaner and more energy-efficient.

Ventilation is another key component of a home air conditioning system. Ventilation keeps refrigerant chemicals or motor exhaust from disrupting your indoor air quality. Regular tune-ups keep your ventilation system filtering out harmful fumes so you can breathe healthier and happier. Our qualified team of experts can also repair your ventilation system.

We offer thermostat repairs for any HVAC unit in Garden Grove. A thermostat measures the temperature inside your home, triggers your AC or heating unit to turn on, and adjusts the air to the desired temperature. Our local HVAC technicians can keep your thermostat reading and operating correctly.
