    Provide training to your home impovement sales associates prior to your having them interface with customers. Our salesperson did a terrible job with our kittchen remodel. It was our expectation that our sales associate was knowledgable about HD's product line, pricing and computer programs. Ours was not and our kitchen remodel was nan disaster.

    My project turned out exactly the way I had planned. Everyone along the way was helpful, thorough, and timely. I wish every construction experience was as positive. This was my second kitchen/bathroom project completed with Home Depot and these renovations in real life are so much easier and quicker than the ones you see on TV.
