Went to the register to pay and this is where it went down hill. Sale Cashier Mrs. Jaleeia was very rude and had an unprofessional behavior.

I brought the Milwaukee m12 cut off saw and absolutely love it !!!

We bought a washer, dryer and frig on one trip. On another trip we bought blinds and had to have some of them cut. All the employees on both trips were so pleasant and made sure that everything was right and let us know to come back if anything was not up to our expectations. I will go back to this store for any future projects!

employees are normally very helpful Mr Perry in the paint department, Mrs Grace in the contractors cashier Mrs Janice and other's they truly displays customers service

It was a very busy day and the store was very crowded, but when I got to the check out the cashier tammie was absolutely hands down an amazing lady! My card would not work properly so she called the Home Depot credit card line and walked me through everything and got me out of the store in a quick manner

The cashier Ja’Lexeyah is probably one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my entire life. Great customer service.

My wife suggested I go to Homedepot because they have a better selection of items than other such stores. I was hunting a different size bolt to attach a new electric starter to my old riding lawnmower. I found on my own two bolts the size I wanted. These were 5/16 X 3/5 inches, I spotted an employee helping anther customer and so I approached him, but was asked to wait. I am so happy I waited! He was of great help! Once I informed him what i was needed he suggested i use galvanized bolts and washers! I had never thought of that! I didn’t even know what “galvanized” meant!

I encountered four members of HD in this past visit. Deanna, Rita, Joseph , and Anna. Each one made me want to always shop at HD vice other stores I go to for stuff. They each made the visit less stressful and pleasant. I will return to this store with out hesitation!

Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at a home improvement store all because of the gentleman in lumber department. He was knowledgeable and assembled everything I needed for my porch railing system. Home Depot, give him a raise!!Refreshing experience in today’s world

Not 1 employee helped me load my material on to my cart and Not 1 helped my load it on to my car hauler. The employees do not care here, two men in that worked here, stood and watched me load the material onto cart and Not 1 of them came over and said ( Sir do you need help, Not 1) they are lazy and incompetent and I will not be going to Augusta Home Depot anymore. I will be going to North Augusta store from now on. I do not recommend Augusta Ga. store.

We bought a washer and dryer today and Janice works in the appliances . She helped us with any questions we had! She was very nice! She will definitely have our business again!

Half of my house is from Home Depot! Great Store, Always has what you need!

Again like in my survey our Cashier Tammie was AWSOME, helpful polite and friendly.

I needed help loading up some heavy items and everyone was very eager and happy to help from start to finish, loading in my car.

Paint department is the worse ever

If the staff doesn’t like their jobs please stop working in customer service related jobs. The paint counter is about the only few employees we have had good service with, we will take our business to any other location but the Martinez location.

I frequent this store, as a professional and a homeowner. Always a pleasant experience. The customer service is great. And almost always, they have what I need in stock, and at competitive prices.

Store is always nice and clean. Fast customer service.

Need more cashiers or open the self check out lines other than that is good

The lady upfront was nice but didn't ask us for help. Some parts of the store were dirty and concrete bags were busted.

This store has friendly and knowledgable employees. They go out of their way to make sure your shopping experience is pleasurable.

Brent was awesome, friendly and very polite. He makes me feel like a valued customer.

store manager is always ready to assist and help.

If you want to feel like family, shop at store 0119. everyone welcomes you and always take the time just to say hi and are truly sincere when they ask about how you are doing.

Store staff is extremely under educated on products and services, item location in the store is unorganized and makes no sense. Similar products for categories of items are aisle away from each other. If it wasn't for the helpfulness of Terri and Janice, I'd probably never return. General employee smiles and kindness are the only things that keep me from hating every shopping trip at the store.

I would like to thank Janice S for a great experience when I was there. She greeted me , she took the time to know how I was doing, she also told me about the surgery and thanked me for shopping. I don’t get this kind of service at any store. So thank you Janice S for great customer service.

I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot on Bobby Jones! Grace is the employee that normally helps with my purchases! She is always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful! It does not matter if I am purchasing a small amount or items or a cartful, this is the location I always use! Great job

Exceptional service. I met Mr Eldon whom provided me with above excellence service. I and asked him for an air vent cover and he took us to the area and found out that the items I needed were not there. So we headed toward the exit when Mr Eldon comes up to meet us with the product that we were looking for. He surprised us with his amazing customer service. We appreciate old school service. Our gratitude and complement to Mr Eldon. Thanks HOMEDEPOT for employees like him.
