I went into the Avondale Home Depot and was greeted at the entrance and was asked if I needed help throughout the store. When I was checking out, my cashier Georgia was very friendly and helpful. She never made me feel rushed and assisted me with looking for an item to see if it was in stock. Then when I was leaving this young man helped me load my big items into my truck. It was very hot outside and he had such a positive attitude.

Every employee we encountered seemed genuinely ready help and did it with a warm smile.

Jeannie at customer service and Barbara at check out were exceptional. They both addressed my concerns and excelled at customer service. Thank you both!

SEEMS LATELY every time I GO INTO THIS STORE THEY ARE OUT OF THE MOST IDIOTIC THINGS. IT'S RIDICULOUS.

Terrible/No service. Store is cluttered and dirty. Fun to look around, but miserable if you need to buy something.

I've been to plenty of hardware store in the west valley and I believe this location in Avondale is the best. Great customer service and very knowledgeable people. Great verity and great prices.

The clerk at the pro desk was great

I prefer to shop at your store over your major competitor (Rhymes with “Woes”) and the smaller hardware stores because of the amazing selections and wide varieties of differing products you offer. Your products and isles are more open and organized and I don’t feel like I’m on a treasure hunt through a puzzle maze of North-South/East-West product isles at Woes.

Flowers. Round up , Weed eater and Plumbing items

I purchased a couple of special-order cabinets from Home Depot. The designer Oralia was experienced and easy to work with. I appreciated her experience and who was able to do my small design and quickly quote and sell it to me on the first meeting, I buy a lot of cabinets for my own and other projects I do. I love the Masterbrand lines which is what I purchased. When they came in I picked them up and Jackie assisted me with getting them from the receiving dock and into my SUV. They are already installed in my walk in Pantry. The cabinets are nice and came in without any issues.

Im an exterior contractor and ive used different high end products and been buying a lot at home depot , you will be surprise how many products they carry or can get for you! Sébastian at sales PRO in Bellevue store has been a great help He can get anything that you'll need, I highly recommended.

Pro Team is excellent and very nice.

Asked about the price of fridge to employee. Directed me to another who was helping another customer. Never received help. Plenty if employees around the area but they all seemed engaged with other tasks. Did not feel valued as customer looking for a price of a fridge i was looking at. Walked away after waiting 20 mins. Poor customer support. Requires the depot to have more robust training. Seems customer are last. Checking out was horrible one line for self check out. Poorly organized.

They used to have a good Veterans discount policy. The new policy makes a SHAM of the phrase " VETERANS DISCOUNT " as the discount is all most non existing. they are not helping us VETS like there advertising implies.

Life this store. They always avail themselve to answer my questions and walk me to the aisle I need to find a product.

Having to use self checkout is not customer positive experience for me. in fact the line to do so was at least 15 minutes long. it seems after 5pm the store basically manned by people stocking and not really there to help the customer several of the sale item i came in for were just never at this store and the store that did have them was across town.

When you need help they are ready to help you and they are polite.

Store look clean and organized and prices were reasonable!

Prodesk at Avondale is second to none!

I went to the paint desk the other day and Patrick gave me expert advice and an exact color match. This will save me time, money and I will be happy to shop at this store going forward!

I work for a tiny home builder. I am responsible for purchasing all the items to build the tiny homes. With the current supply chain issues it can be challenging to obtain product. The Pro Team lead by Jacob is very helpful and happy to assist in ordering difficutl to obtain items, set up delivery and they go out of their way to keep me informed of upcoming deliveries. I rely on my Pro Team to help me every week.

Love coming to this location, employees are friendly and the store is clean and well organized
