Had to purchase new appliances. Associates very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The associates in their respective departments knew their stuff.

Great store , great staff

I needed to replace my bathroom sink faucet. Upon entering the plumbing section, an employee asked if I needed help. I told him what I was trying to do and he helped me pick out a faucet similar to the one I was replacing. He then asked about the water lines, I needed to replace them as well so he helped me get the correct ones. He then asked if I had the correct tool to remove the old faucet, I did not. Thankfully he asked or I would not have been able to remove the old faucet and install the new one without making an additional trip to buy the tool for the job. He saved me time in the store by walking with me and assisting me with the purchase of everything I needed to do the job and prevented me from having to return to the store to by a plumbers tool.

I had to get an appliance with exact specifications and the employees in the store helped me very much and was very courteous which seems rare in these times.

Joe is amazing with his knowledge of carpet and tile. Go see him if you need anything in that area. He helped me out a lot and I am very satisfied and if I ever do floors and tile again I’ll definitely be coming to see him.

I got great service when I had to bring a five year old water heater back to the store after the tank failed within the original equipment manufacturers' warranty period. The exchange for a new water heater was quick and easy and they immediately helped me unload the old one and load the replacement on my truck. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better!

This store was clean, items easily identifiable and the employees were very kind and courteous.

Great customer service and very friendly. I am a widow of two little girls and before my husband passed we had a remodeling business in which my husband shopped no where but Home Depot therefore we became part of the family there. When my husband took his life I had to find a hobby to make money so I started redoing furniture. The loyalty that Home Depot showed myself and my girls when we were living a nightmare and was incredible. They came together and raised money and just best ppl overall

My experience while trying to use the restroom there was violating at best. I closed the bathroom door when entering because I do not want any male to walk in behind me. A MALE employee then began to yell at me that the manager wants the doors open because of people not washing hands. THEN he proceeded to open the door and set it to remain open after I had already entered the restroom. (1) This is a violation of my privacy and (2) Why does this store not have any employee cleaning and sanitizing the doors and bathrooms?? Enough said.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The Employees were friendly and professional. Everyone was very helpful.

Home Depot has a great selection of products at a great price i really enjoy my Husky tools compressor and Riggid nail gun..

Being new to the area I have found reasons to visit the Home Depot on Airline several times. Each time there has been at least one employee that reminds me what exceptional service looks like. Thanks again Lo!!!

Employees, in general, are very helpful. I have been there numerous times and needed assistance and have always been able to find an employee that is a delight to work with. The employees are friendly and seem to like their job, which makes a huge difference over an employee who is mad.

Looking for new appliances? Missy is your girl. She went above and beyond for us today. Everything was in stock. She was as excited as we were when everything we were shopping for was much cheaper at Home Depot than it was at the other place.

I had a self-inflicted water leak under my sink and had no idea what I needed. Rhonda from hardware looked at the pictures I took and knew exactly what I needed.... went home and made Th e repair... very thankful for this knowledgeable person

I have shopped and purchased at this Home Depot store for just over 40 years. It consistently lives up to a high standard of quality and service with its associates as well as the products it stocks.

While the store is always clean and well stocked, it is the employees at the Bossier City store who always make my shopping enjoyable. If you stop any employee, anywhere in this store, and ask about an item, they can tell me what aisle, how far to go down and on which side to look. If that wasn't remarkable enough, they are more than happy to stop what they are doing at the time and walk me to the item; even at my insistence I can find it. As a VP of Sales, I realize the culture of this store is achieved from the management down. You can only train to a certain level; this is more of a buy/in, a shared vision. The management team of this store should be very proud of their employees, and what they have accomplished.
