Great people, knowledgeable about the area they work in. JUST GET SOME 1/4" rock so i dont have to drive to plano.

I'm in this store frequently and I find that it is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and usually able to help with questions. They have a large stock of items, and if they don't have what you need they can probably order it for you.

Nice store - knowledgeable staff - albeit sometimes they could use more. Grab a shopping cart on the way in - they store them outside. If you want carts inside - talk to store manager or do the survey.

This store is very well managed. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Product is well stocked, isles are clean, cashiers are very efficient. Sanjoy and Jack were particularly helpful this last week when I needed assistance.

Sandra in pro is so awesome ! She never fails to put smiles on Peoples faces. She brightens everyone's day! She knows the store so well. If you ever need help go to her because she's one of the only ones who takes time out to ensure you're on track.

I went to Home Depot to get a few pieces of wood to repair a gate and I was impressed with the selection in the reject pile. While attending other stores, I thought this practice had been discontinued. Picking though this pile, I found enough seconds to rebuild the fence (twelve 6' picket fence boards and an 8' two by four....wow!)

GREAT STORE WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you purchase products like water heaters, AC and Furnaces be sure to go into the store to complete the purchase. Otherwise, you have no recourse. Years ago I had Home Depot come out for an estimate for replacement of my patio door years ago. They couldn't do the job and I had to fight to get my deposit back. 2nd chance, had Home Depot install a fence years ago and they brought out enough material for a fence but not the fence I ordered. The contractor stopped the job until things were resolved. My backyard was opened for anyone to walk into my home for 48 hours. Couldn't even let the dogs in the backyard. I ended up having to pay several hundred additional $$$ to get the job done. I should have learned from this experience. The last several years service at Home Depot improved and I thought I would give them one more chance. What a mistake. Quoted $$1032 before install. After install had to pay $1500 and the water heater wasn't even from Home Depot. Go figure.

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Store is clean and organized and I enjoy the ease of quick in and out without a ton of chaos.

This store is always super clean, well staffed to meet the need of the amount of customers visiting the store, knowledgeable employees and competitively priced with great sales.

Manny is great! He stopped me on my way out of the store to asked me how my shopping experience was. If i found everything okay. And if i was working on any projects around the house. We just bought our house and will defiantly be back thanks to Manny! Thank you for caring about your customers

The employees I have encountered at Home Depot have all been friendly and helpful. If I can not find something they help me find it and if I have a question they can not answer they have found another employee or manager who can.
