We had a very good experience at this store until it came to the check out process. The cashier must have been having a very bad day and took her frustrations out on my wife and I. I was a bit slow getting items on the counter only because I am disabled, however the cashier was EXTREMELY rude to both my wife and myself

Most CASHIERS don't bother to say 'Thank You' and if the says thank you to the cashier instead of saying oh THANK YOU, they generally reply 'No Problem' ! Almost seems like they thank they are doing us a favor to check us out ! AND same with FLOOR ASSOCIATES if 1 Helps & U say thank you they generally respond NO PROBLEM ! CUSTOMER SERVICE ALMOST A THING OF THE PAST !

Helping doers get more done had been true for us. We’ve been able to go in as novice diyers and be advised on plumbing, electrical, and installations. Returns have been easy, and we keep coming back because the workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The products are comparable prices with other home improvement stores, but we keep coming back because of the customer service. I also love Home Depots online resources. They have taught me how to tile, install new light switches, replace a faucet, etc.

Employees are extremely helpful

Store appears to be well stocked, very clean and even garden center is full of all kinds of flowers, shrubs, large and small, inside and out side, seems anything a gardner, land scraper, home owner would need!

I love this store. The cashiers are always friendly. The shelves stock are kept up and easy to find what you need. I hate shopping anywhere else.

I'm very happy with my Whirlpool washer 5605mc0. The rude manager Randy that I encountered was a huge SHOCK of a BAD customer experience. He seemed very agitated and overwhelmed to be asked a simple question and went out of his way to let me know he didn't care. I will not be back to home Depot.

Great place to shop. Has just about everything a home owner needs. Sales persons are friendly also.

I can usually find a good supply of construction materials at this store. It seems like other stores have fewer items in stock - at least for what I am looking for at a given time.

I've been shopping at this location since it opened I've had excellent, so so, and bad service. Mostly great but this was the first time I was ever berated and had not I needed what I bought I'd returned it. I forgot my phone and cashier acted as if I'd done the unthinkable and berated me for it over the military discount if this is How The Home Depot treats people now I'll rethink where I shop for my home and my customers

The crown jewel of the Centerline store is the employees of its Garden Center. If you are buying a lot of mulch, soil, gravel, etc., they are happy to help load it for you. That's the way all stores should be.

I was offered help finding exactly what I needed to do the job. No hard upselling , just great Customer service. Very refreshing!

Plumbing and electrical department employees always help me remedy a problem the most economical way. Purchased a utility trailer, it had electrical tail light problem,,, the manager completely remedied the problem. Very satisfied

The Centerline store has always poorly managed the loading area. Most days there are several pick-ups parked in the loading area, with no drivers. If you’re purchasing materials that will need to be loaded, you’re better off going to a different Home Depot.

The home Depot always has the best quality in everything they sale with excellent service and excellent policies and employees that are always willing to reach out and help you...

Due to a power surge, our washing machine quit working. I went to your direct competitor down the street from this store and was not met by anyone. I spent 15-10 minutes looking at the various machines and was ready to purchase one. I hit the button that would call someone to help me and heard the page over the intercom for someone to come to the appliance department. I waited 20 minutes and still no one came. I stood around another five minutes and walked out. I drove down the street to Home Depot. Eva was in the appliance department, greeted me and immediately waited on me. I asked a few questions which she was knowledgeable about answering and I purchased a washing machine. She helped me complete paperwork and was very helpful about supplying me with information about the delivery and what to expect and inspect.

I have purchased many products in the past from homedepot and have been very pleased and the store is always well stocked. Plus the employees and staffing are helpful and it's very comforting to know that if a emergency arises the store is close by thanks home depot

We needed a new light for our kitchen stove and had no problem finding it at Home Depot with a great price, considering how expensive light bulbs have gotten. Thanks Home depot

I really love this store. The staff are friendly, the layout is logical and everything is easy to find, the store is clean and all of the products I need are always there. I couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

The store is neat and clean. I found everything I needed. If you have plumbing questions, look for Jeff. he is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and directed me to the parts I needed.

The reason for 2 stars is so you will read the review and because the assistant manager of the store was decent to me with the refund. Thank you John! I ordered 3 major appliances, April 9,2021 and was charged for the appliances on April 9,2021. I was told they would be delivered within 4 weeks. Appliances were finally scheduled for delivery June 11. The delivery company showed up with paperwork, after the scheduled delivery time window, with no advanced phone call and no appliances loaded on the truck. The delivery person proceeded to tell me that the warehouse had screwed up. The delivery company could not contact the delivery team the entire time. The delivery was then put off till June 25. The delivery company finally delivered two of the appliances and dropped the range off the truck. I was then told we would have the new range within 5 days. The delivery company scheduled for delivery July 26. Not even close to 5 days! Home Depot let me know on July 23 that the range would not be delivered until Aug 25th. I finally had to request a refund as I don't trust Home Depot would ever get the range to me. One other note, you can get your warranty start dates changed to the delivery date, but you will have to call the warranty people.

Clean. Well Stocked. The floor associates go the 'extra mile' to verify availability of the product. In my case, they tracked down the location as the item had not as yet been brought to the sales floor. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I shop at this store quit a lot and I usually always find what I am looking for and the store employees are always friendly and willing to assist if needed.
