Customer service was horrible. No one wanted to help me b/c it wasn't their area. I got help when I asked for the manager to help me.

Experienced employee on helping us with our kitchen sink plumbing. Jaymi was very knowledgeable and knew how to explain how to repair as well as where to locate all the parts that we needed. She even let me video tape her describing what to do. Also love the easy access off the 168 freeway.

The store was very clean and I got a lot of help from the employees. I couldn’t find the right measurements of the items I need from the electrical department and they helped me find everything I needed. At self checkout I also struggled to scan the barcodes and another person scanned all of my items. They helped me save time and would definitely recommend this Home Depot.

He didn’t have an apron on at the time but the receipt name said cashier Julian so im asumming it was him but he was super friendly and helpful. I was waiting in line when he asked me if I was ready. Saved me a couple minutes and he gave my son a toy chain off of a table that they had a promotion going on. It made my sons day and I really appreciate his kindness!

I placed a large order for appliances back in March as a part of a remodel of my kitchen that was planned to be completed in time for our wedding next week. The order was plagued with rescheduled deliveries and misinformation that hurt many aspects of the build schedule that resulted in a loss of time, money, and lots of emotional stress. The delivery date given was for 3 days prior to the wedding and in checking the stock levels at the near by warehouse it was made apparent that the next date would slip as well leaving us with the inability to prepare nor store food in our home. I went down to my local Home Depot and explained to the team the situation and immediately they went into action. Jess (an associate in Appliances) listened to my story, pulled up the lengthy order conversation with .COM and started looking for replacement appliances that would be guaranteed to delivery. Given the issues that I experienced as well as the fact that I am a retired Military Veteran, that Home Depot would do something to support with mending the relationship so Alfred a Customer Experience Manager and Kimm Operations Manager came out and were amazing in offering the max that they could given the .COM division of Home Depot stated they wouldn't offer anything (even given the fact that it was their fault that I was in this horrible situation). Kimm walked me to the register and finished the transaction herself, which is amazing to see a Store Operations Manager and acting Store Manager that day personally ensure that I was taken care of and happy. The efforts of these three individuals saved my relationship with Home Depot.

Every single time i visit this location, I am appalled at the lack of knowledge, lack of customer service, lack of stocked product and how awful the associates are. They literally know where nothing is at in the store, their answers to basic questions are usually a shoulder shrug, or a wild goose chase throughout the store, that ends with no product being found, because its never stocked, or, my favorite, " They must of moved it". I am a tradesmen and I do a lot of work and hardly ever go to Home Depot even tho there is one within walking distance to my home. It's time to host a job fair and rehire for this location. It is so embarrassing to go into this location and see how little time this company has invested in training and hiring their staff. very frustrating.

Mandie is an exemplary person. She helped me resolve a major issue and I’m grateful for her help.

I brought my commercial Honda lawn mower in for servicing and Dana, Gary, and Dario were of the greatest help to me. I couldn't thank those three men enough for all their help, courteous manners and the answering of my questions.

My visit went from content as I was minding my own business to annoyed since the cashier that was helping me was not very nice to happy since someone else took over. Renata is a great example of excellence in providing amazing customer service. The first cashier unfortunately did not give me that vibe and left me not wanting to go back to that location. I prefer Home Depot because of the usual service and help that I get. Thanks to Renata, I can see myself walking in again and interacting with more people like her if not her. Great job Renata! I’m sorry your colleague could not learn a thing or two from your experience in being with the company so long.

Bought some composite decking and Jaymi was amazing in resolving an issue

Couldn't find my (1/4x1/4-inch ice maker coupling) item at the major Competitor, always seemed to be out of stock. Found it today, in stock at Home Depot, Clovis, CA, at 30% less and of same quality. Plumbing Staff very helpful with locating and providing professional assistance; Home Depot is my source from now on with my plumbing needs

Fortunately I knew what I needed however I walked by several associates and was not greeted once I heard several people ask for help and got no assistance other than that’s not my department let me get someone for you one lady said she’s been told that three times it’s just sad to see such a disregard for customer service there was plenty of people on matters looking at phones down stocking opening up appliances but no one really seem like they wanted to help the customer

Sam [female CSR @ returns] is FULL of life and has VERY few peers when it comes to friendliness PLUS professional skills. I LOVE bumping into living breathing Human Beings!!! If she is a mother and wife, they are truly blessed with her in their lives.

There was a gentleman sitting in the Pro Desk named Roy Guzman. I needed help out of his department but his section was slow so he asked another guy to cover and he came and helped me in lumber. He helped me pick out the right wood since I have no clue what I needed , he helped me cut it to fit the 10 foot board into my truck. He was kind, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. He offered customer service that I do not typically find at the big box stores. I would like to commend him.

I always receive immediate help from this store. I love it!

The stores customer service desk needs some serious training on how to interact with customers! I will not be back and I understand I am just one person, but I am going to assume that I am not the first customer they have been horrible to. Management needs to step in and train its employees

Had an amazing cashier name Jailene who took care of all my needs and went the extra mile to make sure that the items I purchased were at sales price and that I didn't get cheated that meant a lot to me and it proves that Home Depot employees do care about the customer

TODAY WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO FIND SOMEBODY TO HELP ME.... AND WHEN THEY DID SAM WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. SHE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!

I found exactly what i was looking for, with the help of a Home Depot employee. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and also easy to find when you need help. Not like other stores that you have to hunt for an employee to help you. Home Depot is the best!!!!
