The contractor they use for delivery was unprofessional, messy & a scam artist. He tried to charge me $275 to change a knob 😤

I’m a realtor and spend a lot of time at Home Depot in College Park gathering items for my listings. The staff at this location always go above and beyond to help locate what I need, and are always kind and courteous. I won’t shop anywhere else!

I always shop at the Home Depot. It's convenient to my home and I'm always satisfied with the merchandise and employee assistance.

Best customer service I've had in a long time

Been back and forth to a lot of HomeDepot the past few months with this project. This location is now my preferred HomeDepot. Dee and Carol were great! Every employee was very kind and polite.

I have bought several items from there and have always been satisfied. The store is clean and the sales associates are friendly and helpful.

The plumbing and electrical inventories at this location can't be trusted. The sections are a complete mess and you will waste hours trying to find a simple common item listed as in stock online. Don't waste your time, go to Hyattsville.

I'm a local realtor and regular shopper at the Home Depot in College Park. Even in peak seasons, staff are always available to help customers. They are professional and highly knowledgeable. I won't shop anywhere else!

I bought the item fro this specific branch it is not even my home location. I always went to this location due to their customer service all representatives are willing to help. Ms Janèt is a great asset for this location. Her help is awesome, professional and knowledgeable if not she will ask and make sure customer get the correct answer. She is wow. I’ll always go to this location.

had what i needed and found it fast!!

I made a purchase and noticed that one of the items had no UPC. Fortunately, Jamica was there to assist me in obtaining the correct one.

I needed my tile installed, and they took my $35.00 for a measurement (which could be applied to the installation), when they must have known that I wouldn't be able to schedule an install with tile I had already purchased elsewhere.

I am trying gardening on a small scale for the first time. Got everything I needed at this store to have a bumper crop.

Recently (just in the first week of June 2023), we bought a Samsung top-load washing machine from Home Depot in Collect Park, MD (#2552). The sales clerk was so knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions regarding the appliance as well as delivery. Great Customer Service! Very friendly! Lots of patience to answer the questions. Thank you, Home Depot!!!

Came into the store where an employee greeted me while still dealing with another customer. Once she finished she walked over to me and asked if I needed help. Once I told her what project I was trying to tackle that day she walked me around the store and got me all the supplies needed. She was patient and graceful even when interrupted by coworkers and other customers.

This Home Depot has ALWAYS been a favorite of mine. They seem to have everything I need when I need it, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will go to "another" hardware place, and they seem to be lost on their stock; AND their knowledge.

From the time I entered this business, I was greeted. I truly appreciated that your entire staff that I passed or came in contact with were very friendly and professional. A gentleman not too far from the register but near the paint aisle asked if he could assist me with pricing a couple of lights but when his scanner didn't work properly, Ms. Tonia helped me at the cash register and ensured I was taken care of.

I can always depend on the College Park Home Depot to be well stocked, with helpful associates and neat. I work near them, and it doesn't hurt that they are near Mamma Lucia's too.

Store employee Tonia Ekeh went above and beyond the call of duty when she helped me by walking all of the way out to the parking lot and back to the check-out counter to obtain a shopping cart for me when I overestimated my ability to carry several heavy items. She deserves accolades for her outstanding customer service!

Staff are not only helpful but also very pleasant. Eagerly and happily helped me with shopping and reaching product.

I was just getting off of work after doing the overnight shift and was feeling a little tired I walked into the store from the greater to my exit was a happy wonderful experience make sure when you go in you ask for Carol the manager Kevin the manager the cashier Isaiah or they call him zay or miss Denise you will not besiree everything was able to be found The store was clean and well lit and everyone was so nice and helpful.
