You need to close down your rental department EQUIPMENT’s always broken or something wrong with it. It’s never ready to run out and when you do take it, it always breaks down because there’s something missing or something wrong with it because nobody checks in the equipment when it comes in, nor do you have qualified people to be in a rental business.

Friendly helpful service on site but phone service and accountability extremely poor.

It is always a pleasure to experience such an efficient return counter at HD. The staff working these registers are very helpful and courteous.

I'm very happy so far with the Maytag washer and dryer I purchased. I'm just not happy with the way the receipt was calculated. I was supposed to get a $100 off for buying the washer and dryer. That was the inhouse discount plus there was another discount on the 2 machines itself. It was memorial day sale on Monday 5/29. My receipt reflects a Difference. Of $100.00 more In the subtotal. Then Individual. items added equal. The store. Representatives indicated to me That They had no control on how the system calculates a sale. Order number is H0358 - 354543 receipt number 0358009700642.

Beware of the short old lady with short hair. If you spend too much money and time in the store she will stare you down the entire time you are there making you feel like a criminal.

I bought some tile and the manufacturer sent two different lot numbers. They looked very different from one another. Even the the problem was a manufacturer issue, HD Covington helped me get what I wanted in a friendly and professional manner.

Great experience with special employees in the Garden Center. Adam and Shelia were helpful, knowledgeable about plants and patient with me. Would recommend their help to anyone that needed some direction with landscaping and plants.

I went to the store to buy some Pennington RYE to seed my Bermuda grass. The staff found what I was looking for and got it all packed up for me. The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and they make the effort to get what you need done. Highly recommended for the Covington store. There is a difference.

After being told by one store that the product was no longer available, I was told that I had to go to the Covington store for a refund. Once at the Covington store, the customer service rep did indeed refund the purchase, but pressed farther making sure that I did not need the product. When she realized that it was vital to our work, she got her manager involved. They actually had the product, and helped me remake the purchase, and refunded the delivery charge, as I was there to pick it up. It was then loaded into my truck. The people involved literally "saved the day". Their professionalism really shined.

Seriously been there a thousand times and just experienced the most genuine customer service!! They must be doing something to improve the training focused on customer service…or they’re hiring better people!

I visited this Home Depot today and had a great experience. The store was clean with lots of merchandise. An associate went out of her way to help this lost girl find the sandpaper I was looking for. It’s so good to see today that there are good employees. Big shout out to this Home Deport. I totally recommend this location to my friends.

Waited over an hour from them to unlock a wheelbarrow- made me and the customer late!

If you want friendly and professional service or assistance, ask for Darin at the Covington Home Depot! Holiday shopping can be a nightmare, but he assisted me very quickly and was so eager to help me find the Christmas tree I wanted. Unfortunately, it was out of stock in store, but he helped me place an online order and I received it 4 days later, just as he informed me. Great customer service!!!!

We're in the process of building a van so we seem to be at Home Depot on a daily basis. Even though we know where a lot of things are in the store all it takes is a moment to ask any of the Home Depot theme for advice and directions and they always seem to do it with a great smile. I'd like to recognize especially for the great help that they give us John Vicki and Jan from the paint department. Also there's a lady on check out with a blonde bob who's always enthusiastic and has helped us out several times

Everyone was patient, professional and helpful with our questions. They made our shopping and our purchase decisions easier with their knowledge about thier products and thier positive attitude.
