The store was really busy and the staff was very friendly.

This store is incredible for customer service. They make sure you have the best experience possible while visiting. "Old Jen" at the online order desk always makes sure you are completely satisfied with your order. She makes this store worth going to for the experience.

Over all Custer Service was very nice. I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed help. I received help and the store was packed but the wait in line however was not long at all it moved fairly fast. I look forward to returning for other service.

Among the big box hardware stores that I've visited in the last couple of years, this one stands out for its customer service level. Everyone is helpful, the store is well laid out and clean, the wait time to check out is always quick (right number of registers open) and their return process when necessary is very simple. I totally shop here before considering anywhere else!

I needed a light bulb and an item for my bathroom sink.... Both purchases I was assisted by store employees which was very hepful.. I was in and out of the store rather quickly bc of there assistance.. very much appreciated

The best Home Depot Store for on-line pick-up service. Consistently excellent customer service even during busy times. The associates demonstrate knowledge and maturity not found at other stores.

Store is consistently messy with Stock and orders/returns blocking isle ways making obtaining items difficult. Lumber is not well kept and unusable poor condition lumber is always cluttering good usable wood.

This store allows customers with huge dogs to walk around the store, even though the employees know that dogs are not allowed, unless a service dog. No employee told this customer to take her dog out the store. The dog appeared to be a St. Bernard and it was not a service dog. The dog had no vest on or muzzle to prevent barking, biting, or growling. The owner said to another customer that she has to keep a tight hold on the dog to prevent barking or smelling people.

We dealt with several people as our project required measurements, ordering product, meeting with Home Depot associate to make selections. So far all of our dealings have been great as we wait for shipment of our item and later installation of that item.

The store was clean and it was easy to navigate. The associate in the shades/blinds dept. was very helpful.
