Brought a Storm door and picked up close to closing and a employee was great to help to car ad help tie it to car. Everyone willing to serve you.

My husband and I are working on a project together. Kyle was very knowledgeable about the material options and was also very helpful by safely cutting our material into the sizes we needed.

Home Depot always has employees available to help. Their employees are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

I needed to purchase two refrigerators. One for personal use, and one for use in a building that I am the Agent for the Landlord for. Joey Schweda at the Crystal Lake Home Depot was PHENOMENAL! He was so polite, engaging, he understood everything I said and answered all of my questions. He steered me precisely and quickly to the two fridges I purchased.

I live about the same distance between two Home Depots. The Crystal Lake location has the friendliest staff compared to the other store. Great customer service!

We have lived in many cities and shopped lots of Home Depot stores. This store has the friendliest staff of all of the stores we have shopped over the years.

I was not treated very well on this trip. I had to search for someone to help me. When I finally found someone, he said he was busy with a couple right now. He told me he would meet me back in the blinds department. He never showed up. Left after 25 min. I find some of the male employees in this store are rude and do not want to help an elderly lady

Traci at Service Desk owas my liaison the Morning I brought my Shed. Such a patient person. Customer service is her alter Ego attentive to all my questions/needs.

Had a measurement for countertop install (boyfriend is carpenter and measured first, including nuances and back area behind sink). After agreeing to price, found out after install appt. they wanted to charge for 8sq ft. more of a very small galley kitchen at the tune of almost $700. Total joke. We then got charged $200 to cancel order b/c we didn't agree on final price. Will be disputing that as well. Other measurement we had from private company was almost 1sq ft. LESS then what we had overmeasured and higher quality so will be going with them

My wife and I were in a time crunch but wanted to get the paint for a home project. After selecting the color Andrew mixed the paint efficiently while also helping other customers. Connie met us by the check out and invited us to her register. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you.

Have been going to this store for 5 years and have always had a good experience. Their customer service is the best. Sales people, cashiers and service desk are great IMO. Have ordered items and shipped to this store. ie. flooring, storm door, portable infrared fireplace heater etc. Very pleased with my purchases and employees overall.

The employees are very helpful and pleasant. The store is always clean and is well stocked. If you cannot find what you need, the front desk is always there to help you. I highly recommend the Crystal Lake Home Depot. Have never been disappointed!

Great stock and lovely service

As a first time home buyer it can be a little overwhelming taking on quite a bit of DIY projects. Often when asking for help or guidance in an area that is definitely not my expertise, it can feel a little embarrassing. My experience today with Lars, (when asking questions about painting the exterior of my house), was superb! He was so kind and seemed truly happy to help answer all of my questions. He asked me details about my project and then guided me so clearly and even wrote down all of the materials I’ll be needing. He also went as far as to help me figure out costs for my materials! I walked in feeling uncertain and overwhelmed and I left feeling excited, encouraged and more knowledgeable about my project! Thank you Lars!

The associates in the Crystal Lake store were friendly and the Customer Service team, Toni and her Manager?, listened to my confusing inquiry about a price adjustment, decided how to process it and did so quickly and professionally without making it seem like a bother, saving me $14.00 in the end! I want to thank them again for making it such a pleasant experience!!

Of the several Home Depot Stores in the area, CL is our favorite!

Went in to get some lumber for a workbench Im building, dont know much about lumber, but was helped by multiple people with great advice, I really appreciate this. And my workbench turned out great. Thank you all who helped me and to my cashier Lusia (hope I got the name right) you are an excellent employee and a credit to your store. Thank you very much.

Ed S, in Appliances, is very knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. He answered all our questions, made suggestions on the various options available, and was extremely helpful in selecting our purchases that amounted to $2,000. We were at Costco before going to Home Depot to look at appliances, and they were not helpful at all, so the two experiences at the two stores were as different as night and day. Ed was great! We would go back to Ed at Home Depot for additional purchases as needed because he was so helpful and informative! Thank you for such a positive shopping experience!

for the most the people make this store a favorite of mine store stock was very low due to the pandemic but overall great place to shop nothing is perfect at any store
