I've always shopped this store for all home project needs and never been disappointed, they always have what I need, someone to help find it if I can't and have great prices and plenty of choices, just overall a great store and the staff always seems super helpful! Love some HD in the Daphne!

I bought a 1x4x8 piece of moulding and needed it cut it half for hauling. I asked someone sitting at the mill work desk and he directed me to the hand saw table to told me I can cut it myself. It’s beyond me why he couldn’t take a few minutes just to cut the piece for me

The Daphne, Alabama store has great service and great items for sale. It's clean, well organized, and well stocked. They have done an amazing job through the virus times. Every time I'm there I find something new in stock that goes into the shopping cart. The associates care about their customers. Thankful Home Depot is in Daphne.

Very friendly and cooperative in helping with any questions I had. Even worked with me on discounting a clearance item that had been sitting around for some time.

This store in Daphne has always provided great service. My home had $88,000.00 worth of damage from hurricane Sally. Every time I have needed to purchase they have been very helpful. Last week it was necessary for me to purchase half of a tub in closer in Daphne and the other half in Foley. The associate set the pick up for the next day due to a conflict with my schedule. This store is very accommodating and so was Foley. Thank you for the discounts available to military and contractors.

Excellent customer service. Ladies helped me open account as well as helped me find items in the store when floor employee did not.

Friendly and helpful store associates. Clean and well organized. I was very pleased with the assistance the Tim provided. He was very knowledgeable about the chain saws and the Echo product. He was professional and patient as I made my decision on my purchase. He provided comparable characteristics of the various saw chain saws, which helped me make my purchase. He was also so kind to help me unload my merchandise once I made my purchase.

So the only reason is because the excellent customer service I received from Quayia at the service desk. She was diligent in helping me find what I was looking for and even found other ways for me to obtain it if they could not find it. She was very helpful with my experience and she should be recognized for everything she did.

Couldn't get help. I even had to put an air conditioner in my cart, and in my car. And I looked around in the area about 15 minutes and no one offered to help me.

Teresa is a very customer focused individual who made us feel very valued as a customer. We only wish the other gentleman we encountered on the floor had her passion for customer service. He ignored us twice. including while we were looking at lights.

Lucy, in the garden center, is an absolute joy to see. She is always helpful and pleasant when checking out customers.

Thank goodness for associates that have a working knowledge of projects!! I went in for linoleum and paint and that was all I thought I had to buy until an associate began asking me if I had certain items usually used in conjunction with those primary items I asked about. We drove 40 minutes to Daphne store for the product but only as the garden ctr employee was SO helpful on the phone. Then when we arrived and made our purchase EVERYONE was friendly from cashier to fork truck driver.

Easy to shop, well organized.

There wasn't any help nearby and had to ask 4 different people to call for help. It did arrive after waiting 20 minutes.
